Focus on some mindful deep breaths.

Slowly inhaling and exhaling emptying out the lungs.

On each inhale filling up the lungs and all the space in your abdomen,

Breathing from the diaphragm with full focus on the breath.

Returning inwards detaching from the external world.

Now beginning to open your minds eye to visualization.

And you see a mountain ahead of you.

You begin to walk towards it.

The mountain has a bright white light at the summit.

You feel drawn to the energy of the light.

Your intuition is telling you that it's inviting you to take on the challenge of conquering the climb.

Opening your ascent to the summit.

Take your time and visualize all the things on your journey.

Things that you may come across when you're going through a difficult climb.

You may reach stumbling blocks,

Plateaus.

Maybe steeper the further up you go.

Maybe a helping hand is there just to help you along the way.

At times you may feel tired.

You may even feel like giving up.

But still you continue heading for the light.

Once you are there at the summit.

Imagine the white energizing light surrounding your entire body.

This energy is transferring through your chakras,

The energy centers of your body.

From the crown of your head to the roots at the base of your spine.

Embrace the feeling of this light.

It makes you feel protected,

Warm,

Healthy and thriving with uplifting energy and positive feelings.

You may feel a sense of accomplishment.

Taking this energy with you as you transport back to your physical body.

Gradually begin to flutter your eyes open and refocus on your breath.

Celebrate your time with small movements,

Regulate your breathing,

Noticing the rhythm returning back to its natural state.

Just know that the energy that you have taken from that light,

Those feelings are within you.

And enjoy this feeling of peace and contentment.

And know that you can accomplish great things if you really put your mind to it.
