First of all becoming aware of sensations arising from the world around you sounds,
Light,
Space and any other sensations that may be arising just accepting whatever you find and then allowing your awareness to drop down into the body noticing in particular any sensations arising from the breathing so this isn't just sensations of air moving through the passageways but any of the movements in the belly,
In the chest,
The back,
The shoulders any movements at all related to the process of breathing just accepting the fact that the mind does wander but always bringing our attention back with kindness to the present moment to the sensations arising as part of the breathing and now becoming more aware of the whole body,
Of how we're feeling and finally bringing our attention more fully into the outside world again allowing the eyes to open
