In the busyness of our lives,
It is easy to lose touch with our who and why.

Let's focus for a few moments on being a human being.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Hold it for a few seconds and then exhale completely.
Unhook from your thoughts.
Let your awareness float gently down into your heart.
What's here when there is no problem to solve?
What's here when there is nothing to do?
What's here when there is no place to go?
