Let's take three deep cleansing breaths.
Ah ah ah Ahhhh.
Watch your breath slow into a natural rhythm.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Feel the sensation of the air in your nostrils as you breathe in and breathe out.
Feel the sensation of the air filling your lungs as you breathe in,
Your chest expands,
And you breathe out.
Notice the rise and fall of your belly with each breath.
Breathing in,
I'm aware that I am breathing in.

I'm aware that I am breathing out.
Listen to the gentle song of reality.
The softly hummed melody that binds us all.

The hills and the mountains will add their deep chant.
The clear lakes and rivers,
The soft refrain.
The snowflakes' gentle touch as they fall in the pitter-patter of the dropping rain.

It ebbs and flows with time,
Singing into eternity.

To the melody of eternity.
In it,
A quiet voice speaks.
The sound of birds chirping.
May we be peaceful and happy.
Light in body and spirit.
May we be healthy,
Safe,
Free from injury.
May we be free from suffering.
