This guided morning meditation takes you into the forest, to let you come home to yourself, and deeply connect within. The nature sounds you hear in the background are from the Swedish forest where I recorded this. I send you much love and all my blessings.

Morning in the forest.

Take a comfortable seat and sit up tall.

Bring your hands in your lap or onto your thighs and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath with me here.

Hold it for a moment and exhale let it go.

Another deep inhale.

Hold it and exhale it out with a sigh.

And a third one because all good things are three.

Inhale.

Hold it.

Exhale with a sigh.

Allow yourself to start anchoring into the earth.

Feel how you can grow roots from your pelvic floor all the way down into the earth.

You're sitting in the middle of a forest.

There's some moss and grass on the ground.

The trees are standing tall all around you.

And there's a little meadow with light flowing in.

And you're rooting into that forest floor.

With every inhale you reach your feelers deeper into the earth.

And inhale that beautiful earth energy up into your body.

And with every exhale you let go of everything that doesn't serve.

And allow that to transition into the earth where it can be transmuted by Mother Earth.

It's all just energy.

With your inhale continue to soak up the nurturing energy of the earth.

With your exhale release of everything that does no longer serve you.

In your mind's eye see the troll trees around you.

Trees with needles.

Trees with leaves.

Trees with light bark.

Trees with dark bark.

And feel how the ancient wisdom surrounds you.

So you can ground into the everlasting moment of now.

Allow yourself to feel.

Feel whatever comes through.

Know following the stories.

Allow yourself to be right here.

Just feel in your body what is coming through.

Allow the birds songs to remind you of the beauty all around you.

Allow the woodpecker to remind you of the diligence we've been through.

Put in every day.

Dedicating ourselves to what matters.

Showing up to experience the juicy deep now.

That moment of richness that we can access every time we are fully in our bodies.

Feel the moss on the forest floor.

Under your fingertips.

Let your eyes rest in the many shades of green.

Let the falcon up high in the sky remind you of the bigger perspective.

Let the snail on the ground remind you of everything in its due time.

And let the deer passing by remind you of a loving connection.

Now go a little deeper within.

Within your forest.

You allow yourself to close your eyes yet again.

Feel deeper into the earth.

Into your heart space.

And into your connection with everything around you.

With every inhale let the energy rise from the earth into you.

All the way to the top of your head.

And with every exhale allow it to shower upward and outward.

So reconnect you with the upper world.

Inhale bring the energy up.

Exhale let the energy rise.

And shower out from the top of your head.

Inhale let the energy rise.

And let it shower out from the top of your head.

Feel a little deeper into your heart.

And let it shower out from the top of your head.

Running through you all the way up and then making its way into the universe.

Let that flow of love become stronger.

Open your heart wider so the energy can flow through freely.

With your next inhale put your hand on your heart.

And thank yourself for allowing to let love flow freely.

For dedicating this time to yourself to be in the juicy deep now.

And then set an intention around keeping this energy with you for all of your day.

Fill your intention with a bow.
