Can you breathe some love into whatever rigid edges you may feel in your body right now?
Can you breathe some space into the tight knots?
Can you smile at the ferociousness of your monkey mind?
Where sometimes the thoughts chase each other in a circle.
Can you lean into the back of your body?
And surrender.
Take a time out from the chase.
Just let it be.
The true art of surrender is not giving up in any way.
It's just allowing for whatever is there to be there.
To accept what is and let it be.
To come back home to your heart.
To come back to feeling that love deep inside of you.
To allow yourself to feel the hug of creation,
Of Mother Nature,
In whichever form it presents itself right now.
Everything is constantly in motion.
Even in stillness,
We are always in motion.
Sometimes that is emotion.
Energy in motion.
Can you surrender your soft and tender heart?
To witnessing these waves of emotion that make the spice of life.
Without getting caught up in the stories around them.
Just feeling what is there.
Being present with what is.
As it washes through us.
As it cleanses us.
Can you be with that soft and tender heart?
