Take a deep breath with me.
Let your energy wander up all the way from your tailbone to the crown of your head.
Hold it at the top for a moment.
And exhale,
Relax.
Good.
Just take a moment to arrive here with me.
Become fully present.
Take another deep breath.
Inhale.
Let your energy wander up from your tailbone to the crown of your head.
Exhale,
Relax.
And one more.
Another deep inhale.
Let the energy come up.
Hold it at the very top for a moment.
Zip in a little more.
And then exhale,
Let it go,
Relax.
And just notice how is it to be fully here.
Check in with your beautiful body.
First on a physical level.
What sensations do you notice in your body right now?
Is there some tension anywhere in your body?
Is there any pain or discomfort?
If so,
Is there a way to allow for a little bit of space around that?
Just allow it to be there.
Can you feel your pulse in your body?
Maybe in your fingertips or in your chest.
And then check in with your belly center.
How does it feel just below your navel today?
Is there a grounding presence?
Is there a presence that you can anchor into?
A stable resource that you can come back to.
Sometimes it's nice to place a hand there.
And just connect with that energetic center of gravity.
And then gently move your attention towards your heart.
You can place a hand on your heart if that feels good.
What emotions and feelings are passing through here right now?
They all come in waves.
They build,
They peak,
They subside.
Unless we cling to them then they can become persistent.
So just notice and observe what is currently rolling through.
Allow it to be there.
And then let your attention move on towards your mental body.
How's your body doing?
How's your thinking mind right now?
Are there just some fuzzy little thought clouds passing through?
Is there a storm going on?
Is there a hurricane with a strong loop in there?
Is it a little bit nebulous and damp?
Or is it quite clear and bright with a lot of space?
Maybe some rays of sunlight?
Again,
Whatever is,
Let's allow it to be there.
No need to push anything away.
And no clinging.
Just notice.
And then turn your attention towards your spiritual body.
A sweet spark of your soul.
The connection to that innermost piece of yours.
That sweet source of love,
Of compassion,
Of acceptance and surrender.
Your inner and source of wisdom and trust.
That beautiful light that shines inside of you.
That's still there when we take away all the labels.
When nothing around us matters anymore.
When we just hold ourself.
Because deep down we feel and we know that we are connected to a higher source.
And we are connected to an infinite source of love.
And deep down we are all one.
And deep down we are all one.
And just notice as you are connected to your soul,
How does that shift your experience?
Is there anything that feels like there is a little more space,
A little more ease on the physical level or the mental or the emotional or maybe all of it?
Know that you are loved.
You are so loved.
You are always nurtured by that connection.
You are always held and cared for.
This connection to you is available anytime you turn your attention towards it.
