This meditation will support you in manifesting or seeing your dreams become your reality.
I suggest becoming comfortable with the Higher Self meditation on this album first,
As this meditation builds on that foundation.
And so I invite you to find a comfortable seated or reclined meditation posture.
Begin inhaling and exhaling through the nose,
Starting to draw the focus and the attention inward.
And now I invite you to take three healing breaths,
Visualizing a beautiful white light coming into your being,
Pausing and holding the light in,
And then slowly exhaling out anything that no longer serves you at this time.
Take two more breaths in this way.
Feel free to resume normal breathing at this time.
Now you are going to start letting go of the parts of yourself that are temporary,
Your body and your mind.
And the way you can start to do so is by consciously releasing any tension you feel in the body,
Starting with the crown of your head and ending at the soles of your feet.
Check in with all the muscles,
Joints and organs.
Notice if there's any tension or holding,
And if you find any,
Consciously release that tension.
Start to feel a gentle wave of softening come over the body.
Notice your body becoming lighter.
And now you will start to let go of the mind.
And the way you can start letting go of the mind is by releasing all of the different roles that you play in your life.
So releasing all of the roles you play within your family and extended family,
The roles within your career and the roles within your friendships,
Just starting to set all those different roles aside and all of the stories that go along with those roles,
Not having to be any one of them in this moment.
And so now that you have released the parts of yourself that are temporary to this lifetime,
You've created more space to tune into the part of yourself that is infinite.
And it is from this place that we can begin manifesting the things we want into our lives.
Our thoughts,
Feelings,
And intentions hold vibrations or energy.
So when we are manifesting,
It is important to be clear on all of those levels.
To begin,
Think of one thing you want to manifest right now.
This can be anything from a new car to a new job to a new relationship to physical healing.
Get clear on the one thing you will focus on manifesting in this moment.
Once you have it in your mind,
I'd like you to bring your hands together in prayer position at the heart.
And now bring what you would like to manifest into your heart center.
This is where you check in with your intention for wanting this in your life.
This is your why.
Ask yourself,
Why am I wanting this in my life?
Are my intentions for wanting this coming from a place of allowing me to be my best self so that in turn I can serve others in a deeper way?
And now that your intentions are clear,
It's time to bring in your feelings.
Begin visualizing yourself having this manifestation in the physical world.
See yourself driving that new car or at that new job.
See yourself with your new partner or having vibrant physical health.
Allow yourself to feel the feelings of actually having what you want.
Notice whatever feelings arise and acknowledge them.
Let yourself smile,
Laugh,
Cry,
Whatever comes up for you as you see yourself receiving what you want to manifest.
And now affirm,
I allow myself to receive my dreams I trust in the divine timeline.
And now coming back to the breath.
Noticing how it feels to breathe now in this moment.
And then starting to come back into the physical body.
Noticing the hands and the feet,
The arms and the legs,
The torso and the chest,
The neck and the head.
And when you're ready,
Slowly and gently opening the eyes halfway first before fully opening them,
Coming back into the present moment,
Knowing that your dream is on its way to you now.
