This meditation will assist you in cultivating a deep sense of self-love.
Nurturing this self-love will prepare you to open your heart and welcome more love into your life.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated or reclined meditation posture and begin following your breath.
Inhaling and exhaling through the nose,
Starting to draw the focus and the attention inward.
And now I invite you to take three healing breaths.
Visualizing a beautiful white light coming into your being,
Pausing and holding the light in and then slowly exhaling out anything that no longer serves you at this time.
Take two more breaths in this way.
Feel free to resume normal breathing at this time.
Begin now to soften your physical body,
Consciously releasing any tension or holding you may feel in your muscles,
Joints or organs.
Allowing the body to become soft and still.
And now starting to let go of your mind and all of the different roles that you play in your life.
And as you start to release the roles of your life,
You start to let go of all of the stories that go along with those roles.
Not having to be any one of them in this moment.
Allowing yourself to connect to the part of you that is infinite or eternal.
Your higher self,
That true essence of your soul.
And now bring your right hand to your heart center.
Noticing any shifts in your breath.
Noticing any sensations you may feel in your physical body.
Noticing any feelings that arise as you continue to consciously breathe with your right hand resting on the heart.
And at this time,
I'd like you to affirm these statements to yourself.
I am whole.
I am enough.
I am deserving of love.
I am beautiful.
I am strong.
I am confident.
I am patient with myself.
I am unique.
I love myself fully in this moment.
I am a bright and shining star of love.
I am sacred.
And now I'd like you to place your right hand,
Palm facing up,
On the top of your thigh or on the ground at your side if you are laying down.
Now bring your left hand to your heart.
And this time,
I'd like you to begin bringing into your awareness a soulmate that you would like to meet in your life.
This can be a soulmate romantic partner,
A soulmate client or business partner,
Or a soulmate friend.
Whatever type of soulmate you desire in your life,
Begin focusing on the soul coming into your awareness.
Start noticing the qualities this soulmate has.
And then ask yourself,
Do I embody these qualities?
If you answered yes,
Wonderful.
If you answered no,
You now have insight as to what you are seeking outside of yourself.
Begin fostering those qualities within yourself.
Coming back to your soulmate now,
I'd like you to begin visualizing you and your soulmate in the physical world.
Where would you be?
What would you be doing?
How would you be interacting?
How would you be communicating?
Bless any feelings that arise and allow them to move through you easily and effortlessly.
And now bringing your awareness back to your left hand at the center of your chest,
Focusing on your breath,
Visualizing your soulmate walking toward you now as you affirm,
I allow myself to receive the energy of love.
I allow myself to receive the energy of love.
I allow myself to receive the energy of love.
And now bringing your left hand,
Palm facing up,
Back to the top of your thigh or on the ground at your side.
Taking one more big beautiful breath into your chest.
And slowly starting to come back into your physical body,
Becoming aware of your hands and your feet,
Your arms and your legs,
Your torso and your chest,
Your neck and your head.
And when you're ready,
Slowly and gently opening your eyes halfway first before fully opening them coming back into the present moment.
