One more time,
Breathing in through the nose,
Holding for a moment,
And this time exhaling through the mouth,
Feeling your body begin to relax,
Let go,
And finding a sense of comfort and rest.
Repeat the following affirmations either aloud or in your mind to help you have a wonderful day.
