Hello Radiant Souls,

My name is Nola Bloom and welcome to this body scan meditation.

This is a space for you to fully relax,

Unwind and receive deep healing.

This practice is designed to help you release tension from your body while being cradled in a soft glowing aura of healing white light.

It's a journey of surrender,

Allowing yourself to be held by the gentle energy that surrounds and supports you.

Now let's begin our meditation by finding a comfortable lying down position.

You're welcome to place a cushion underneath your knees and your head for comfort and gently close your eyes and allow your body to settle into stillness,

Fully supported by the earth beneath you.

Take a deep breath in and a long slow exhale,

Releasing any weight that you've been carrying.

Feel your body growing heavier and heavier with each breath.

And as you settle into softness,

Imagine yourself transported to a magical realm,

A peaceful sanctuary where time slows down and your only task is to let go and receive.

In this sacred space,

A luminous white light awaits you,

A light filled with warmth,

Calm and the healing touch of the universe.

It flows with a soft glow of moonlight,

Weaving around you like a delicate protective cocoon.

As we journey through your body,

Imagine this white light softly touching and embracing every part of you,

Like delicate fairy wings brushing gently against your skin.

We begin at the crown of your head.

Consider the soft glow of white light gently caressing here and sparkling with a healing presence.

Feel this light seeping into your scalp,

Flowing across your forehead as all of your facial muscles gently relax,

Then softly caressing your temples.

Any tension or tightness is melting away under the tender touch of this healing light.

Your brow smooths and your eyes rest peacefully in their sockets.

The light now drifts down to your face,

Dancing over your cheeks,

Your jaw and your lips.

Feel it softening any tightness,

Like a gentle breeze easing the muscles of your face.

Your jaw loosens and your mouth gently parts as this radiant energy brings a sense of calm and serenity.

Now the light gracefully moves to your neck and your shoulders,

Flowing like a gentle stream of water.

You can feel the weight of the world lifting off your shoulders as the magical light touches every muscle,

Encouraging them to soften and release,

Allowing your shoulders to relax and drop down.

The white aura continues down your arms,

As if little sparkles of light are tracing along your skin.

Your upper arms relax,

Your elbows soften and your forearms grow real heavy.

Feel the light wrapping around your wrists,

Down to your hands and to each and every fingertip.

Your arms are now resting weightless and deeply relaxed.

The light then gathers at the center of your chest,

Filling your heart space with its pure radiant glow.

With every inhale,

You can feel this light expanding,

Filling your chest with a glowing warmth.

With every exhale,

Feel the light spreading,

Carrying away any tension or heaviness.

Your heart feels light and open,

Gently cradled by this glowing aura.

The light now drifts to your abdomen,

Flowing like a river of moonlit water.

Your belly expands with each breath,

And as you exhale,

Feel the white light washing away any tightness or gripping.

It moves with ease,

Bringing calm to your center,

Like a lullaby to your sweet,

Sweet soul.

The light now travels down your back,

Starting at your upper back and gently cascading down like soft rain.

It moves through your mid-back and all the way down to your lower back,

Dissolving any knots or tension,

Leaving behind only softness,

Ease,

And grace.

Feel your back melting into the surface beneath you,

Supported and held by the earth.

As the white aura glows brighter,

It begins to settle in your hips and pelvis,

Swirling and softening this area.

Any heaviness or discomfort is released here,

And you feel your hips sinking deeper,

Becoming more relaxed and completely at peace.

The light now extends to your legs,

Moving through your hips like a waterfall of sparkling energy.

Your thighs soften,

And this healing glow flows down to your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles,

Into your feet,

And extending to each and every toe.

Your muscles relax under the sooling touch of the luminous light.

Your legs feel heavy,

Yet completely at ease.

Finally,

The light gathers at the sole of your feet,

Where it pools like soft moonbeams,

Touching each toe,

Each joint,

Each muscle with divine healing energy.

Feel your feet completely relaxed,

As if the earth beneath you is cradling them in a bed of bright white light.

Take a moment to bask in the radiance of your entire body,

Wrapped in the soft glowing aura.

From head to toe,

You are bathed in this gentle healing light.

It shimmers and sparkles around you,

Like a magical veil of warmth and protection.

This light has touched every part of your being,

Offering healing,

Restoration,

And deep,

Deep relaxation.

Now just rest here a moment in this dreamy space.

Now imagine this light radiating out from your heart center,

And touching everything around you,

Creating an energy of peace,

Calm,

And serenity.

Now let's take a few more deep breaths,

And start to bring awareness back into your body,

Gently wiggling your toes,

And perhaps moving your head from side to side.

Draw the arms up overhead in a full body awakening stretch,

And as you awaken,

Carry this feeling of lightness and magic with you into this present moment.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

And just taking in the healing energy around you,

And setting the intention to carry this feeling throughout the rest of the day,

So that others may benefit from your practice.
