Releasing any tension from the face,
The jaw and the shoulders,
Your muscles to relax and release,
Taking a few breaths in order to fully arrive in this moment,
Breathing in through the nose,
Through the mouth and again in through the nose and releasing any tension through the mouth,
Breathing in deeply and gently through the nose and letting go of any tension,

Tuning in to the body,
Noticing if there are any areas or stress,
Scanning your body right now to identify these areas and as you find any areas of stress or tension,

What can you see,

How do you feel being here,
Take some time to get as immersed as possible in your safe space and as you sit in your favourite place in nature,
You notice a small child begin to walk towards you,
You realise it is your inner child,
Take a moment to picture them now,
How old are they,
How do they look,
How do they approach you,
Your inner child walks up to you and takes a seat facing you,
Inquisitive,
Ask your inner child the following questions and trust the first answer that comes to your mind,
How joyful are you on a daily basis,
What can I do to improve your levels of happiness,
Where do you need more room for growth and expression,
How can I support you on a deeper level,
What activities bring you the most joy,
What places bring you the most joy,
Who helps you feel more joyful,
What is your definition of happiness,
What little things bring you the most joy,
Is there anything else you'd like to communicate to me,
You look at your inner child with admiration,
Give them a hug now and feel their energy integrate into your heart,
Your inner child is a part of nurturing and caring for just like any other part of you,
Repeat the following affirmations in order to anchor in these feelings of joy,
