Welcome to this rapid confidence boost affirmation meditation.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes and begin to settle down.

Take a deep and slow breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

And again take a long deep inhale and exhale through the mouth.

One more time,

Breathing in gently and slowly through the nose,

Pausing for a moment and exhaling loudly through the mouth releasing any tension.

Relax your forehead,

Your jaw and your shoulders.

Let your body melt and relax.

Focus on your breathing,

Keeping it slow and gentle.

Repeat the following affirmations either aloud or in your mind to boost your confidence and help you feel good about yourself.

I release any fears or doubts.

I am willing to feel better right now.

I let go of any worries.

I am in charge of how I feel.

I choose to feel good right now.

I am a naturally confident person.

I radiate confidence and calmness.

I let go of any feelings of self-doubt.

I deserve to feel happy and confident.

I inhale confidence and exhale fear.

I fully believe in myself.

I am proud of the person I am.

I am calm and self-assured.

I know I can achieve my goals.

I trust myself.

I am strong.

I am capable.

I am prepared.

I can do this.

I am confident.

Taking a deep breath in and really feeling the energy of these confidence affirmations,

Exhale any remaining doubt or tension.

Let it go.

It is no longer yours to carry.

Taking another deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Let it all go.

You are confident.

You are ready and you are going to have an amazing day.
