With each breath feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed,
Letting go of any tension
or stress you may be holding on to.
Now as you continue to breathe deeply and steadily,
Dropping deeper and deeper
into a relaxed state,
Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you,
Wrapping you in a cocoon of positive energy and love.
Feel this light infusing every cell of your being,
Filling you with a sense of calmness and inner strength.
Visualize yourself in a strong and confident posture,
With your head held high and your shoulders back.
Feel the power and presence emanating from within you as you embody the essence of confidence.
Now gently bring your attention to your heart center,
The seat of your emotions.
With each breath,
Imagine this area expanding and glowing brighter,
With a warm radiant light.
Feel your heart filling with love and compassion for yourself.
Repeat the following affirmations,
Either aloud or in your mind,
To harness a feeling of confidence and self-belief.
I am worthy of love,
Respect and success.

I embrace my uniqueness and celebrate my individuality.
I trust myself to make decisions that align with my highest good.
