Welcome to this calming and grounding meditation to help you relax,

Let go and completely trust in your journey finding a comfortable position,

Allowing your breathing to settle as you begin to turn your focus inwards and begin to allow yourself to relax releasing any tension from the body,

Allowing your shoulders to soften,

Your eyes to gently close and any tension in the forehead to melt away take as much time as you need to relax,

Let go and arrive in this present moment this is your time,

Your special time to connect with yourself,

Take care of your needs and let go of anything that might be troubling you and as you relax deeper and deeper,

I invite you to begin to direct the breath gently and slowly into the belly maybe placing your hands on your belly and feeling the muscles expand and contract as you breathe deeper and slower,

Always with your body's own natural rhythm take a few moments now to breathe easy and gently,

Inviting calm and relaxation into every single part of you and to further increase these feelings of relaxation and calm,

Imagine yourself floating in a pool of shimmering blue water this water is warm and feels wonderful,

Allow this water to wash over you,

Providing healing and restoration to any parts of the body that need it allow yourself to be held by this shimmering blue water,

As your troubles,

Worries and any tension melts away you are held and you are safe,

It's ok for you to let go now as you relax deeper,

Beginning to imagine in your mind's eye,

Sitting on the edge of a beautiful lake take in your surroundings now,

You are surrounded by trees and a blue sky,

Wildlife,

Anything else that feels good,

Visualize it now see the vast and beautiful lake in front of you and begin to direct your energy towards this lake this lake has a calming yet powerful energy and you know that by being close to this lake you are held and you are safe begin to imagine the things that you are currently worrying about,

Visualize them in front of you,

Trust whatever form they take allow any problems you've been thinking about,

Concerns,

Any areas of tension within your life see if it is possible to visualize them in front of you,

In any form now you have visualized your worries,

Concerns and anything you might be holding onto I'd like you to pick up each item one by one,

Seeing this item transform into a rock in your hand feel the weight of this rock right now and as you condense your worry down into this rock you are now free to throw it as far as you possibly can imagine into the lake,

Do this now and for every single other worry,

Fear,

Concern or thing that you're holding onto,

Visualize picking each one up one by one seeing it turn into a heavy rock and then allowing yourself to throw it as far as possible into the lake do this now,

Surrender your worries,

Fears,

Concerns and doubts to this lake it is vast and powerful and knows exactly what to do with them you can also throw into the lake anything that might be positive but you are clinging onto in some way and there's energy around this thing that doesn't feel free take as much time as you need now to throw as many rocks into the lake visualizing them sinking right down to the bottom surrender,

Let go and trust that as you give over your worries and doubts and concerns the universe will know what to do with every single one of them it is your job to release and the universe's job to sort the rest out repeat the following affirmations either aloud or in your mind in order to anchor in these feelings of safety,

Surrender and trust it is safe for me to release the things that no longer serve me I let go of who I think I should be in order to become who I truly am I surrender and go with the flow of life I embody the trust that already exists within me I believe that everything will fall into place at the perfect time I meet frustration with understanding I trust that new blessings are already on their way to me I know I will always be held and supported I am proud of the person I am becoming taking a deep breath in and exhaling loudly through the mouth repeating the affirmations again it is safe for me to release the things that no longer serve me I let go of who I think I should be in order to become who I truly am I surrender and go with the flow of life I embody the trust that already exists within me I believe that everything will fall into place at the perfect time I meet frustration with understanding I trust that new blessings are already on their way to me I know I will always be held and supported I am proud of the person I am becoming taking a deep breath in and exhaling loudly through the mouth one more time let's repeat the following affirmations it is safe for me to release the things that no longer serve me I let go of who I think I should be in order to become who I truly am I surrender and go with the flow of life I embody the trust that already exists within me I believe that everything will fall into place at the perfect time I meet frustration with understanding I trust that new blessings are already on their way to me I know I will always be held and supported I am proud of the person I am becoming taking a final deep breath in through the nose and letting go exhaling loudly through the mouth trust that the work you have done today in this powerful and soothing meditation will begin to show up in every single area of your life as you create space and let go you are inviting even more aligned opportunities into your life trust this journey it's okay to be in the in-between phase everything is going to work out believe in yourself gently wiggling the fingers and toes bringing small movements back into the body taking a deep stretch moving in any way that feels good gently opening the eyes well done continue your day with this peaceful and trusting energy you deserve it
