
Day 3: Just Three Breaths
Welcome to Day 3 of this 10-day series on living your life more fully with less stress and greater ease. Each day will offer very short sessions that suggest practices to bring into your day. Set aside small moments for self-nurture. Longer moments for self-care are important, but small moments matter. This could be as simple as taking three slow, conscious breaths every hour. Setting aside even a few minutes a day can go a long way toward interrupting our habitual autopilot mode and dialing down our stress response. This is good for your mind and body and has positive benefits for your long-term health.
