Hello lovely welcome my name is Bianca Campbell and I'm really happy to have you here for this morning practice let's begin by closing your eyes taking a deep breath in and exhale and once more breathe in and exhale now send your energy down through your feet down into the ground as though you have roots like the trunks of a very large tree the roots go deep into the ground allow your energy to flow down through into Mother Earth deeper and deeper send your energy deeper and deeper into the earth as deep as you can go and then keep going sending your energy all the way down like a silver cord all the way down to the very core of the earth it's a big molten ball of lava you want to wrap your silvery cord all the way around the base of the molten ball of lava and bring it back up and as you bring it back up it joins with the fiery energy of Mother Earth and bring that fire back up through your cord bring it back up through to the roots of your tree and higher and higher and higher into your body bring it through your legs up through your belly and back into your heart and wrap it around your heart and feel the beautiful connection now between you and Mother Earth between your heart and the very core of the earth place your hand over your heart and breathe into this heart now breathe under your hand as you feel the rise and fall of your breath feel as though it's your heart that's actually breathing every in-breath air fills into your actual heart and the glowing energy that's come from Mother Earth gets stronger and more intense and brighter every in-breath send all of your energy now into your heart from every other part of your body make your heart the center point of your entire body as though all other parts of your body are it's very minimal energy and most of it is contained in your heart and now called to mind your most favorite memory the memory that brings you the most joy the most love it brings absolute love flooding into your heart it may be a first kiss it may be the first time someone said I love you it may be the touch of your lover it may be the moment a child was born in your life that may be a vow a wedding vow it may be some form of time where you've spent the most exquisite moment with someone else and just bring that feeling into your heart and allow it to flood your heart with this sensation of blessedness that this is this is a feedback from your heart from your higher self telling you that you were loved you were divine you were precious enjoy that feeling savor it and now smile into your heart feel a smile grow in your heart itself as though your heart could actually have a smile within it allow that smile to get larger and larger and almost break into the laugh a laugh that's like when you are on the floor in laughter you're laughing so hard you may even wet yourself allow yourself to have this type of laugh if that escapes from your body just revel in it enjoy it have that feeling of bliss that you have when you are laughing so hard that it hurts and now just to lock it in imagine that you're in the driver's seat of a car and you are foot to the floor pedal to the metal on the accelerator running at full speed that is your heart you are full speed ahead on the accelerator of your life where you're the car represents your heart and full throttle coming out of your heart allow yourself to feel the intensity of this feeling this is where it's at this divine connection is coming through your heart this is where your higher self speaks to you this is where all of your energy is focused this is where all of your power is in the now enjoy it really really savoring it right now and take it further now see this golden ball of energy that you've been working on since we've started allow this golden ball of energy now that's in your heart to now lift up and through your crown and reach to your higher self as high as you can reach outside the building you're in reach outside the country you're in reach outside the planet we're on reach to the stars and then go higher still reach as high as your higher self to the soul it is you to the full connection that is yourself reach for it reach and keep going stretch higher and higher till you can feel for the light you can feel for the complete love the bliss the divinity that is you reach for it and connect with it feel as though it's a touch like Michelangelo's finger touching it is like that connection point of pure light meeting pure light it's love it's ease it's connection feel it and allow that light to now stretch back down from that connection all the way down like a beautiful column or shaft of light that just comes down from the heavens it is golden it's beaming it's coming down it comes down through your crown and it lights you up and it meets in your heart once more where you are connected as above and so below to your higher self and grounded through to Mother Earth feel that energy feel the intensity and now send that golden light it is connected both above and below send it out through into your aura now send it out as far as you can reach your arms all the way around your body in a 360 degree motion through your aura reach as far as you can and then beyond that I feel the pure potentiality beyond your aura of the field of potentiality of what's possible that you can bring into your life and take off the shadow take off the veil take off the cloud cover and allowing all you desire allowing the relationships allowing the love allowing the bliss allow all that your heart desires the health that you desire the abundance you desire the career the business the money to support your dreams and your desires the people you want feel your cup overflowing with possibilities allow it to fill and flow coming into your day allow that to come into your life today in the here and now this is your power allow this power to come into your life now you have the power you are this you can be this feel the fullness of who you are as you shine your light as bright as you possibly can and bring all that power and compress it down into your heart and bring it down to an energy where you don't dull the light yet you allow yourself to come back to the 3d world where there is a reality where you have a body and you have an energy and know at all times on this beautiful day that that potentiality is always there for you that connection through to mother earth is always there for you that connection to your highest self is always there for you so that you are in multiple dimensions at all times throughout your day you've got this beauty you have got this moment you have this potential take it with you into your day and know that you are divine and blessed and loved at all times blessings to you
