Hello Everyone,

Thank you for joining me on this journey of meditation.

I love connecting with you all and helping to fulfill my mission of adding more love to the world through this platform.

We all have a inner child that I feel we neglect too often.

We present to the world a version of our self that is for the market place,

For the outer world and we get so distracted with that we lose touch with the inner part of ourselves and our most authentic nature.

This part of ourselves flourish when it gets love and care and attention.

Please join me now and close your eyes and make any adjustments you need to settle into comfort.

Take one big breath in and exhale out,

Falling deeper into relaxation as you bring your breathing to its normal pace.

Let your eyes get heavier,

Unclench your jaw and relax your cheeks,

Lower your shoulders,

Relax your arms and your hands,

Soften your stomach and feel your legs and your feet get heavier and melt into deeper relaxation.

Feel your body here,

Warm,

Relaxed,

Soft.

Now imagine yourself as a small child.

Just observe for a few moments.

Look at your hair,

Your body,

Your eyes,

Notice your whole size,

Your attitude,

Your expressions.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

What sounds does your young self make?

What scent is around you?

What is your attitude like?

Now imagine what darkness your young self has experienced,

A dark,

Scary,

Smoky feeling.

As you look closer at it,

Recognize what you are feeling,

Sadness,

Pain,

Hurt,

Fear.

Maybe you are seeing some dark memories or maybe you are simply seeing the emotions floating within it and feeling their heaviness,

Oh,

Disappointment,

Rejection or fear.

This incredible little person created stories about each one of these memories or emotions.

Maybe you created a story called I am not good enough,

Oh,

I am not worthy,

Oh,

I don't matter,

Oh,

Even I can't trust others,

Oh,

I can't have everything I want.

You are not wrong for doing this,

It's what all of us do,

But there are stories keep us from living as vibrantly.

So join with me in taking a deep cleansing breath in and as you exhale,

Release the heaviness of these stories and then reach out your young self and embrace yourself in your arm,

Holding close with love,

Pure love and watch as the dark moves and fades little by little.

Hug your young self,

Love your young self,

Hold your young self,

Accept your young self,

Watch the stories evaporate away.

Now take a step back and observe again.

Now imagine a big bright light all around your young self.

This light is filled with laughter,

Creativity,

Dreams and love.

See these happy memories and as you do,

Notice how the emotions float away.

Notice the joy,

Lightheartedness and imagination.

Just sit back and witness it all and feel a smile spread across your face.

This is all yours.

You can have more and more of it in your current life.

More joy,

More love,

More creativity is through this loving embrace of your young self.

Bring your attention to your breathing.

Feel the hum of peace and calm all over your body.

You are so special.

You are so loved.
