Take a moment to ground down in your sit bones. Take a deep breath in. Let it go. Inhale deeply. Let it go. Drop down into your center as you breathe in and breathe out. Ground. Center. As you breathe, begin to focus on your exhale--that helps the body to relax. Soften in your face, drop your shoulders. Breathe in. Breathe out. You are okay. You are here. You are grounded. Inhale.
