Your Soul Seed

Your Soul Seed is guided imagery journey which will ground you in the rich fertile soil of your own being. Once there, receive a Soul Seed from your higher source, then begin to integrate it's gifts into each chakra. Aspects of this Guided Journey include: Balancing in both grounding and connection to higher energy vibrations, calming, nourishes hope, and feelings of greater possibilty, soothing vocal accompanied by occassional windchimes.

Transcript

Today's meditation is actually an experience called your soul seed.

We will be working closely with embodiment of this energy,

Of an essence that wants to come through and seed in your being to support you in your life.

And we're not going to push anything because to truly embody takes time.

So today's intention is of the receiving,

The receiving of the seed,

Planting it,

Inviting the beginnings of its gestation and expression in you.

So for this meditation,

You want to be seeded with your spine erect so that you're connected in with the earth and in with the cosmos above so that that vertical axis is aligned.

So to begin,

Take a nice,

Slow,

Deep,

Relaxed breath.

Inhaling,

Exhaling,

Just noticing your breath.

And we're going to invoke the higher self,

Spirit and source by inhaling now your arms up and out,

Rising above to meet in prayer position above your head.

Connecting in there with that space above you,

Imagining you are connecting in with divine source and then slowly,

Gracefully bringing your prayer hands down to meet the top of your head,

Your third eye,

Feeling the connection there,

Drawing that divine essence down to your heart and then down to the dan tian,

Your lower belly area.

From there,

Resting the palms of your hands over your dan tian,

Feeling the warmth,

Feeling the connection.

And then allow your hands to gracefully return to the heart,

Palms on the center of your chest.

And send love from your hands to your heart.

And then from your heart to your whole energy field.

And now rest your hands and arms now wherever you feel comfortable.

Adjust how you're sitting if you'd like so that your body is very comfortable.

And begin to bring your awareness to the ground,

To your sitting bones,

To your legs,

Your feet,

And to whatever you are sitting on.

Imagine how you are sitting here on the earth and begin to visualize that you are sitting on fertile soil and allow the soil to soften as if it were freshly tilled so that you're sitting in a soft pile,

A plush,

Fertile,

Nourishing pile of earth.

This pile of soil is so soft that you can even sink into it a little bit.

And this is your unique soil just for you that nourishes you,

Provides for you.

Just connect in with your soil.

Feel it,

Sense it,

See your soil.

Maybe it's sparkling with minerals.

And as you sit here softly grounded with your soil,

I invite you to lightly bring your attention to your heart space and any wish or intention,

Desire or quality you would like to cultivate.

What would you like to receive assistance with?

Bring that into your awareness now.

Just lightly opening to the question.

And as you're ready,

I invite you to ask,

What does my higher self wish for me right now?

As you lightly hold these intentions and the question,

Staying connected to your seat on the soil and your warm heart,

Notice what you notice.

And then raise both of your hands up,

Back above your head in a receiving position.

Are you ready to receive your higher self source,

The divine,

Your guides,

Angels,

Whatever you personally resonate with?

Imagine now that they have a gift for you,

A beautiful,

Radiant seed of light.

This seed contains information and potential.

Are you ready to receive it?

They are placing it in the palms of your hands.

And as they do this,

As you're ready,

Bring that down,

Bring your hands down into the top of your head.

And as you do this,

The beautiful seed glides down your central channel.

And you can allow your hands to glide down the center of your body as this seed pulled as a full by gravity flows down your central channel and land safely into the plush,

Fertile soil beneath you.

You just received your soul seed,

Your beautiful soul seed.

Let's take a moment here to be,

To observe,

Trust.

The seed is part of your divine essence that is ready to unfold and be embodied and expressed.

You can also think of it as a sacred gift that is going to assist you to unfold,

Embody,

And express an aspect of your essence.

What do you notice about your seed?

Is it a certain color,

A certain shape?

Allow it to be alive.

Is it wanting to sprout?

No rush,

The gestation is beautiful.

Observe the seed that holds so much potential.

Feel free to be wildly imaginative here.

And now whatever has come,

We want to begin integrating it a bit more into your system.

Just the taste,

Not rushing the gestation process.

So I'm going to invite you to imagine an aspect of your seed,

Something that you noticed or felt.

It could be part of the color,

The shape,

The aura around it.

What was the aura of your seed like?

So imagine this aspect,

This sacred energy mingling now with your root chakra.

Just imagine it so,

Inviting the mingling with the root chakra,

Then the second chakra in the lower belly,

And the third chakra just above your belly button,

Allowing an aspect of your seed,

Your essence to mingle with the third chakra.

As we do this,

Your soul seed is gifting each chakra with healing information.

Now bringing that up to the heart chakra,

Mingling with the heart chakra energies,

And then to the throat,

The throat chakra,

Just inviting and observing,

Allowing the mingling.

And if you need a reminder,

You can drop back down into the fertile soil,

Reconnect with the soul seed,

And return back up through the chakras,

Bringing that aspect up through the chakras.

Now to the third eye chakra,

And to the seventh chakra at the top of your head,

The seventh chakra where it says a cheerful hello from where it came.

And from here,

We'll travel back down through the body,

Down the central channel,

Returning your consciousness to the earth,

To the fertile soil beneath you,

That plush,

Fresh,

Fertile soil.

This is very important,

So if you haven't come back,

Do so now.

See your soil,

See your soil alive beneath you,

Your soul seed.

It's going to be here for you.

It's not going to dissipate.

This soul seed will continue to work with you.

It can sprout many times,

Gifting you bits and pieces over time.

So as we begin to transition from this journey,

Imagine now that you are placing some of your fertile soil around your seed beneath you,

Caring for it,

Giving it your love,

Your attention,

Water it with your gratitude and your thank you,

Your respect and love,

And send it a soft inner smile.

And then bring your palms back up to your heart,

Placing them over the center of your chest and give yourself a nice,

Warm inner smile.

Take a deep breath.

Feel your legs coming out of the journey.

Feel your feet gradually,

Still with your eyes closed.

Move your spine a little.

Roll your shoulders.

And come into stillness and holding the sacred stillness.

Slowly open your eyes,

Coming back.

Taking a deep breath now with your eyes open,

Coming fully out of the journey.

And then bring your palms back up to your chest and give yourself a nice,

Warm inner smile.
