Take some deep breaths,

Relaxing breaths.
And sometimes just the words money and abundance can bring some tension.
So just notice that.
And if that's true for you,
When I say money or abundance,
That triggers any tension,
Tension in thought,
Tension physically or emotionally.
Just observe and breathe into those and invite them to relax.
So relaxing and unwinding now,
Take a nice,
Slow,
Deep breath.
Eyes gently close,
Jaw relaxed,
Eyes spreading wide,
Spreading towards the temples,
Closed,
Spreading,
Opening your third eye.
And relaxing down into your body,
Into this present space.
I'm going to begin by offering you some words,
Some concepts that will help shift some of the common areas of constriction around money and abundance.
And as you hear them,
I invite you to just try them on like you're trying on a new shirt.
And if they feel good for you,
If they feel opening to you,
Allow them to come and sink deeper and become yours.
The first is abundance lives within you and all around you.
Abundance lives within you and all around you.
Just notice what that feels like.
You may even get imagery of what that might look like.
Abundance lives within you and all around you.
The next concept,
You have had lifetimes of great abundance.
The being that you are,
The soul that you are,
Has had lifetimes of great abundance.
You may have had great wealth and great happiness.
In another life,
You may have had great wealth and little happiness.
And in another still,
Maybe little wealth financially,
But enormous happiness.
You have had lifetimes of great abundance.
Invite the wisdom of each of those lifetimes to now become more conscious within you.
Just send the invitation.
Inviting that wisdom to bubble up into consciousness.
To support your abundance and your happiness now in this lifetime.
So just take a moment,
Send that invitation.
Asking for remembering in your soul,
In your DNA.
And invitation for any supportive information to just begin to trickle in.
The next words I'm going to share with you for you to try on is,
Money does not turn me into a bad person.
Money supports me to be even more of who I already am.

It supports me to be even more of who I already am.
And who I am becoming,
And who I authentically am.
So breathe and allow these words to unravel,
Dissolve,
And transform any blocks to the flow of abundance.
With your subconscious opening you up to expanded beliefs and experiences.
To innate potential.
The universe is infinitely abundant.
And I now open to receiving more well-being and abundance of money,
Health,
Great friends,
Positive relationships,
Ideal clients.
Let in here whatever you dream of in your abundance.
The universe is infinitely abundant.

Love,
Peace,
Ideal clients,
And opportunities.
Breathing that in.
Allowing this to shift you.
So the last group of words I want to offer you.
There is great value in what I give and who I am.

Take that in for yourself.
There is great value in what you give and who you are.
Take some deep relaxing breaths.
Just relaxing.
Bringing your awareness to your body again.
Relaxing any tensions.
Breathing.
We're going to move on to a visualization.
So just open your imagination.
And I invite you to begin creating the vision of a landscape.
An abundant landscape around you.
A beautiful,
Vibrant landscape that's abundant in many ways.
Full of perhaps plants and flowers.
It's really healthy and lush.
Maybe there's water flowing.
Just invite this visualization of an abundant landscape.
And if the visual doesn't come,
Just feel into it.
Feel what it would feel like.
The smells,
The scents,
The sounds.
How it makes you feel.
Now in this landscape,
You notice a path.
If you haven't already,
Go and stand at the entrance of this path.
Observe it.
What does it look like?
Is it clear?
Is it going uphill or downhill?
Is it straight or curvy?
Smooth or bumpy?
Just embracing this path that you see.
Make this your path of abundance.
And I want to invite you to look down this path and imagine that you can see the fulfillment of your abundance as a beautiful white light at the end of your path.
You can see it.
It's not miles and miles away.
It's there.
Tangible,
Reachable.
Right there,
Down the path in front of you.
This beautiful light of your abundance.
Observe this light beginning to go closer.
To take a closer look and feel the quality and vibration of this light.
How does it feel?
This beautiful light of your abundance.
Do you notice any patterns or colors?
Emerging from this light.
Something is emerging for you.
It's a beautiful being,
A guide,
An abundance guide for you.
Maybe this being emerges from the light.
We invite this guide to step forward into your imagining.
To receiving.
This guide cares about your highest well-being and is offering to assist you towards greater well-being in the area of abundance.
This guide is now offering to do some healing work with you for your abundance.
Would that be okay with you?
And if so,
Just tell the guide yes.
So the first thing your guide is doing is really shining this beautiful light of abundance on you.
There's so much love and warmth.
And we're asking the guide now to please seal up any leaks,
Any leaks to abundance.
Energetically,
Sealing those up.
Anyways,
You leak out your abundance,
Leak out your money.
Sealing up anyways,
You leak out your abundance,
Leak out money.
So your guide is helping to seal up any leaky areas in your energy field.
We want to give and receive generously,
But not be leaky.
So your guide is just healing up those leaks.
And it may be associated with some patterns of behavior or things that you need to shift a little bit.
Beautiful.
Now your guide would like to help you raise the level of your money meter.
Your money meter is the level at which you receive.
It's the level at which your energy around money is set.
So we want to raise that,
Increase that level so your feelings of abundance increase.
So your ability to receive and open up that flow of abundance increases.
So if you can visualize your money meter as a lever or like a dial that you turn the volume up on or just turn the energy level up on it or raise that lever up.
Just imagine that.
Imagine turning that up,
Raising that up.
Can you feel how that's a vibration and energy vibration that you're raising?
Strengthening that vibration,
Lifting it up.
So just keep imagining that,
Turning that up,
Turning up your dial,
Your money meter,
Your abundance meter.
Keep going.
Keep turning it up until it's all the way as high as you can get it.
And when it's there,
Your guide is going to lock that in for you.
Is going to insert something there to help it stay up.
Great.
Good,
Good.
So you don't have to focus on that now.
Your guide has placed something there to hold it for you.
Bring your awareness now just to how you're feeling,
The presence of your guide and how you feel,
How your energy is feeling in this moment.
So turn your attention to your guide,
Your abundance guide.
And you see that your guide is now holding a light in his or her hands.
And this light is something this guide has created for you.
A lotion,
A healing balm that you created just for you to help dissolve any restrictions,
Any blocks,
Patterns that are keeping you from more abundance.
And if you'd like,
Your guide can apply this balm to you,
Apply it to your energy field.
And this balm will also raise your vibration,
Soothe any fears or worries.
This light-filled healing balm,
This light-filled lotion goes wherever it's needed for you uniquely in particular,
Deep down into your DNA even,
Shifting any ancestral patterns that need healing around abundance and money.

Healing,
Transmuting,
Bringing transformation for the highest good of all.
Your abundance guide is working wherever is needed to bring healing.
There may be some work around the heart area,
Healing some associations between relationships and money,
Wherever is needed uniquely for you.
Take this guide to work to bring light,
Transformation,
Anything that you're holding in your energy field or your body that would benefit from being transformed in this moment.
Just giving you some time here for that.

Really feel that connection with your source,
That infinite source of abundance,
Where infinite abundance comes from.
Allowing that to come down,
Filling you and let your heart be the receptacle,
The receptacle of that beautiful light filled abundance.
Flows into you and your heart and from your heart,
It can flow out,
Out into the world,
This infinite flow of giving and receiving.
So we're in a very abundant space right now.
I just invite you to place into this space any of your own creative ideas,
Projects,
Heart desires and wishes.
Just give them over to this space of abundance,
Allowing the abundance,
This beautiful source energy,
To bathe them,
Bless them.
So offer anything up into this space before we begin to come out of the meditation.
We just ask that this beautiful,
Infinite source of abundance bless your projects,
Ideas,
Your desires,
Your creativity,
Your abundance in all ways inside and out.
And coming back into your heart space,
Let's just send that blessing out into the world,
Wishing abundance for all and that all genius and creativity and expressions in the world be blessed and supported.
Taking a deep breath,
Feeling your body here and now,
Coming back gradually,
Noticing how you feel,
Moving your body a little,
And as you open your eyes,
Do so gently,

Notice some objects around you in the room,
Naming them to yourself,
Just to get really grounded back in this present here and now space.
