Let's begin this guided meditation by closing your eyes and having the palms face up to receive the energy around the room. Taking a moment or two to relax the body, Begin to feel the feet as they begin to feel heavy, Feel the thighs and legs relax, Bring the focus to the abdominal, Recognizing if there's any pain, Discomfort, And if there is, Simply let it go, Feeling more and more relaxed in the present moment, Relaxing the palms of your hands, The fingers, The thumb, The index, The middle, The ring, And the pinky, Feeling all your fingers relax, Notice how your arms begin to become heavy, The shoulder blades start to relax, As you feel more and more comfortable in this moment, Taking a moment or two to acknowledge your heart space by feeling the beat of the heart, Now bring the awareness to the face, Notice how the eyelids begin to soften, The cheekbones and the jaw begin to relax, Relaxing the whole face, Acknowledging the stillness, How you feel in this present moment, Completely at peace in the here and the now, Now begin to visualize that there is a giant crystal hovering right above the crown of your head, Visualize the color, The texture, Know whatever crystal has come called to you, Has been exactly meant for you, Good, Notice now how the energy of this crystal begins to surround your whole body, Creating a magical smoke around the whole body, As you begin to receive the energy from this crystal, Notice how it makes you feel, Maybe the palms of your hands start to tingle, Your body starts to become one, This magical energy from this crystal is cleansing your whole body, From the crown of your head, Over your face, Feel it in your heart, In your abdominal, Around the lower back, Feel it in your legs, The back of the thighs, The bottoms of your feet, Notice how in this moment of time, How any physical pain, Stress or anxiety, Has completely vanished from this crystal energy, Take the next minute or two and simply enjoy this energy healing your whole body, Noticing how amazing your body feels, As you start that meditation slowly begins to end, Recognizing how at peace you now feel, From this healing, Cleansing energy, As you slowly begin to bring the focus back to the physical body, By wiggling the fingertips, Your toes, And know that you can always come back and summon this crystal energy, You guys may slowly open your eyes, I hope you enjoy this guided meditation, I love you all, Thank you, Bye.
