Let's begin this guided meditation by getting into a comfortable seat of your choosing.

Palms should be faced down to stay grounded in the present moment.

Take a few moments to relax the body,

Starting with the face,

The forehead,

The eyelids,

The jaw.

Slowly relaxing the arms now,

Letting go of any tension or stress that you might have going on in the arms.

Check in with your heart space,

Slowly relaxing the heart as you notice every beat.

Relaxing the navel,

Your legs,

All the way down to the soles of your feet.

Enjoy this pure relaxation as we focus on love and kindness.

When we choose to spread love,

Kindness,

And compassion to ourselves and other people,

We experience joy,

Happiness,

And raise our spiritual vibrations.

Bring your focus now to the center of your heart space as you send yourself love.

Say to yourself,

May I have love,

May I have my health,

May I have forgiveness,

May I have peace.

Really feel the love that's inside of you.

Now bring your attention to your family and friends.

May they have love,

May they have happiness,

May they have forgiveness,

May they have peace.

Good.

Next,

As hard as it may be,

Bring your focus to someone that you may have experienced hard times with.

Maybe they treated you poorly,

Whatever it might be.

Know that perhaps if they experienced these things,

They would be a much nicer person.

May they have love,

May they have happiness,

May they have forgiveness,

May they have peace.

Good.

Now,

We're going to send love to everyone.

It shouldn't matter if it's political views,

Religious beliefs,

Or their race.

May they have love,

May they have happiness,

May they have forgiveness,

May they have peace.

Take the next few moments now to feel what it feels like to send love As the scarlet meditation begins to come to an end,

Realize how much better you feel in the present moment when you choose to love.

Slowly begin now to bring the focus back to the physical body by wiggling your fingertips,

Your toes,

And whenever you're ready,

You may slowly open your eyes.
