Begin by simply becoming aware of your breath.
Noticing every inhale and every exhale.
Feel your stomach rise and then fall.
Now bring all your awareness to the bottom of your feet.
Notice if there is any tension or stress.
Simply acknowledge it and let it go.
Moving up to your legs now.
Take note of how they feel in the present moment.
Simply accept them for what it is.
Good.
Now bring your focus to the navel.
Right below your belly button.
Acknowledging it.
Noticing how it feels in this very moment.
Good.
Good.
Moving up to the arms now.
How do they feel?
Is there any stress?
If so,
Let it go.
Next,
Check in with your heart space.
Really feel every beat of your heart.
Moving up to the shoulder blades.
Relaxing the shoulders.
Good.
Bring your focus to your throat.
Notice if there is any stress.
Relaxing the throat.
Begin to relax the face now.
Starting with your chin.
Your cheekbones.
Your eyelids.
Your forehead.
Notice how relaxed you feel in this present moment.
It feels amazing,
Doesn't it?
Simply accepting the physical body for what it is.
It's truly a blessing.
Take a few minutes to scan your body one more time.
Notice how at peace you feel.
As this meditation begins to come to an end,
Start to wiggle your fingertips,
Your toes,
And whenever you are ready,
You may open your eyes.
