Ben is the founder of 'Modern Buddha' offering Yoga trainings for personal development. He is a Registered Nurse in Mental Health and a qualified Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa Krama and Yin Yoga. He has been involved in Yoga, Bodywork and Healthcare for 20 years and is passionate about sharing his love of Yoga with audiences of all ages in a world of ever increasing speed.
