After suffering a back injury in college as a diver, Ben started to dabble in yoga and initially used the practice to find pain relief. Following an extensive break from the practice, he was once again was drawn back into it, and this time became hooked after realizing the powerful benefits that yoga has on one's mental health. Ben's breath-centered vinyasa flows are sure to build strength in your body and confidence in your mind, and his yin classes will give you a feeling of tranquility and peace.
