Welcome beautiful being.
My name is Anna and I'm honored to guide you through this special Christmas meditation.
Today we will connect with the spirit of Christmas,
A time of love,
Gratitude and renewal.
Christmas symbolizes the light of hope,
The warmth of connection and the joy of giving and receiving.
It is a time to reflect on the blessings in our lives,
To honor the love that surrounds us and to embrace the magic of the sacred,
Sacred season.
During this time the energy of the season invites us to slow down,
To reconnect with what truly matters to us and mostly to open our hearts to the beauty of the present moment.
It is a moment to celebrate our journey,
To release the burdens we no longer wish to carry with us and to nurture the light within us that grows stronger with each act of kindness,
Gratitude and compassion.
Through guided visualization and deep relaxation you will connect with the themes of joy,
Love,
Peace,
All of that together to hug your heart and bring you to the most beautiful state.
This meditation will help you to release stress,
To reflect on your blessings and to set the foundation for carrying the spirit of Christmas in your heart throughout the season and beyond.
This practice is an opportunity to embrace stillness,
To foster gratitude and mostly to renew your sense of wonder.
As we journey together you'll be invited to let go of the old,
To welcome the new and to celebrate the gift of the present moment.
May this meditation fill your heart with warmth,
Love and the magic of Christmas.
Now let's get started by finding the most comfortable position you could think of.
Really finding that sacred nest,
Pausing to find what is the space that for you feels good so that you can really slow down for the next couple of minutes.
And once you found that space close your eyes if it feels safe and take a deep breath in and then exhale slowly.
As you inhale feel the surface beneath you supporting your body,
Really becoming more present and as you exhale release any tension or stress you may be carrying.
Really taking this first couple of breaths to allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
Inhaling fully and exhaling completely.
One more inhale,
Exhale and then allow yourself to come into a natural way of breathing,
Cultivating a nasal breath.
And start by bringing your awareness to the top of your head.
Feel a sense of lightness and relaxation flowing down your forehead,
Your eyes,
Cheeks and let this lightness continue down your neck and shoulders,
Melting away any tension.
Feeling this relaxation spreading through your arms,
Your chest,
Your back and belly,
Allowing it to flow down all the way to your legs and ankles and toes,
Allowing your body to feel completely held,
Supported,
Warm,
Peaceful and relaxed.
As your body is relaxed,
Present and aware,
Imagine yourself in a cozy,
Warmly lit room.
A fire crackles gently in the fireplace and the scent of the evergreen cinnamal fills the air.
Outside you see the snow falling softly,
Blanketing the world in stillness.
You are surrounded by love and warmth,
A sense of peace and belonging.
In the center of the room there is a beautifully decorated Christmas tree.
It's light,
Sparkling like tiny stars.
You approach the tree and notice that it's just not a decoration,
It's actually symbolizing all the gifts in your life,
The love,
The friendship,
The hope and resilience.
Now take a moment to reflect on what you're most grateful for this year.
As each thought comes to your mind,
Visualize hanging it as a glowing ornament on the tree.
And then you see the tree growing brighter with each blessing you place on its branches.
Now focus on what you wish to cultivate in your heart this Christmas.
Perhaps it's more love,
Joy or forgiveness.
Visualize these qualities as goldens,
Ribbons wrapping around the tree.
They're filling the room with radiant energy.
Feel this energy embracing you,
Filling you with a deep sense of peace and connection.
Inviting in a few affirmations to let this connection deepen and this celebration be more close to your heart.
So as I mentioned the affirmations,
You're free to either let my voice resonate deep within you or if you like,
You're also welcome to repeat it internally or even say it out loud.
Whatever feels best for you today,
Right here,
Right now.
I am surrounded by love,
Peace and joy.
I am surrounded by love,
Peace and joy.
I am surrounded by love,
Peace and joy.
I give and receive the gift of gratitude this holiday season.
I give and receive the gift of gratitude this holiday season.
I give and receive the gift of gratitude this holiday season.
My heart is open to the beauty and magic of Christmas.
My heart is open to the beauty and magic of Christmas.
My heart is open to the beauty and magic of Christmas.
I embrace the light of hope,
Connection and renewal.
I embrace the light of hope,
Connection and renewal.
I embrace the light of hope,
Connection and renewal.
I carry the spirit of love and kindness with me in all that I do.
I carry the spirit of love and kindness with me in all that I do.
I carry the spirit of love and kindness with me in all that I do.
Feel the affirmations resonating deeply within you,
Becoming part of your being.
I am surrounded by love,
Peace and joy.
I give and receive the gift of gratitude this holiday season.
My heart is open to the beauty and magic of Christmas.
I embrace the light of hope,
Connection and renewal.
I carry the spirit of love and kindness with me in all that I do.
I carry the spirit of love and kindness with me in all that I do.
Slowly,
The image of the room begins to fade as you deepen your breath.
But the warmth and the joy remain with you.
And as you deepen your breath,
You bring your awareness back to this time and this space.
Feeling the surface beneath you once again and beginning to gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Maybe inviting a full body stretch,
Yawning or sighing it out.
But eventually bringing one knee to touch your heart and the other if you chose to be lying down.
Or if you're seated,
Simply sit there for a while.
Then bring your hands in prayer in front of your heart.
Start rubbing the palms,
Rubbing the palms as quickly and strongly as you can.
Once you have enough,
You can dance slowly and bring the hands to your face.
Inhale that heat,
That space.
Now gently blink your eyes open.
Come back to that space where you have that joy,
That gratitude within you.
Close to your heart so you can really spread that around.
As you step back to your life to celebrate that Christmas season,
That Christmas day with your loved ones.
Take a moment to honor yourself for showing up and really embrace the spirit of Christmas through this practice.
And may the love,
Peace and joy you've cultivated be carried with you throughout the holidays and into the new year.
I thank you so,
So much for sharing this moment with me.
Merry Christmas and may your heart remain full of light and gratitude.
From my heart to yours,
Namaste.
