So now let's get started by finding a beautiful,

Comfortable position.
You could choose to be seated or you could lie down.
And once you took the time to find a space,
Make sure it's really,
Really comfortable,
Adjusting anything you need to do to get even more comfortable.
And once you feel ready,
You can close your eyes if it feels safe for you,
Or you can choose to keep a soft gaze.
And once you're there,
Take a deep breath in,
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely,
Holding at the top for a moment,
And then exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension.
Let's repeat that two more times.
Inhaling deeply,
Pausing at the top,
And exhaling releasing.
Ah,
Inhaling deeply,

And exhaling completely.
And then allow yourself to continue to breathe deeply and evenly.
As you deep breathe in,
And cultivate deep breaths out.
Allow yourself to visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Anchoring you firmly to the earth,
Feeling the grounding energy of the earth rising through your body,
Inviting stability and a sense of warmth and calm.
Now that you're grounded,
That you are supported and relaxed and comfortable,
Begin a gentle scan of your body starting at your feet.
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort,
And as you exhale,
Imagine this area softening and releasing.
Moving your awareness up through your legs,
Through your hips,
Through your abdomen,
Through your chest,
Through your shoulders,
Through your arms,
Hands,
Neck,
And finally reaching your head.
Taking your time to allow your body to fully relax and release any existing tension that might be that might be stored along the way.
From that space,
Let's take three deep breaths,
Inhaling through the nose,
Sigh it out through the mouth,

Sighing it out through the mouth,

And then allowing stillness,

Support into your body as you visualize yourself standing in an open field under a clear night sky.
Above you,

And you can see the constellation of Orion and the star Sirius glowing with an intense light.
As you gaze at the sky,
Imagine a powerful beam of light descending from Sirius enveloping you in its radiant energy.
This light is filled with spiritual wisdom and transformative power.
See the alignment of Sirius,
The sun,
And the Orion belt creating a magnificent gateway of light.
This gateway opens a direct channel to the higher realms,
Allowing you to receive divine guidance and spiritual insights.
Allow yourself to receive the light,
To feel the light,
To be the light,
And from receiving,
Feeling,
And being,
You visualize yourself standing in an open field you visualize yourself stepping through this gateway,
Feeling a surge of energy and light flowing through you.

Now imagine a staircase made of light appearing before you,
And as you see this stair-like case,
Begin to ascend,
