Designed to connect you with the profound energies of the Harvest Full Moon in Pisces.

My name is Ana and I'm honored to guide you through this transformative experience.

In this session,

As the radiant glow of the moon fills the night sky,

It is calling us to explore the depths of our emotions,

Let go of anything that holds us back and embark on a path of spiritual growth and transformation.

Being asked to let go of past burdens and creating space for healing and renewal.

Now let's get started by finding a beautiful,

Comfortable,

Sacred position.

Just taking a moment to make any adjustments you need to create your space of being completely comfortable and relaxed.

And once you find that space,

Be it you're seated or lying down,

Once you can hold and be without being disturbed,

Completely relaxed,

Gently close your eyes if it feels safe for you or keep a soft gaze.

And simply take a deep breath in,

Filling up your lungs completely.

Hold at the top for a moment and then exhale slowly.

Repeat that process of inhaling deeply,

Pausing at the top and exhaling slowly,

Even releasing any tension.

Repeating that one more time and allowing yourself to relax more deeply with each exhale you take.

Return to your body's natural wisdom,

Remembering the essential need for rest and restoration.

Feel the support of the surface beneath you,

Fully allowing your body to sink fully allowing your body to sink into it deeper and deeper and deeper.

And just take a couple of deep breaths here,

Letting your entire body soften and melt deeper into the surface below.

As you continue to deep breath in and deep breath out,

Breathe in deeply and evenly.

Visualize a warm grounding light entering through the soles of your feet.

This light slowly moves up through your legs,

Into your torso,

And expands throughout your chest,

Your arms and neck and head,

Your arms and neck and head,

Enveloping you in a cocoon of warmth and stability.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more grounded and more centered.

Now gently bring your awareness to your heart center,

Feeling the soft luminous energy radiating from the space at the heart center,

At the center of your chest.

As you connect with this light,

Allow it to amplify your intention or sankalpa for this practice,

Aligning with the cleansing and intuitive energy of the full moon in Pisces.

Imagine you're planting this heartfelt desire like a seed under the nurturing glow of the full moon,

In the fertile soil of your heart.

Touching the points and welcoming sensations of prana life force energy in each one of the points.

Beginning at the right side of the body,

Feel sensations of energy in the right hand thumb,

Thumb,

Second finger,

Third finger,

Fourth finger,

Pinky finger.

Experience sensation of healing light inside the palm of the right hand,

The back of the hand,

The middle of the wrist,

Lower arm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder joint,

Armpit,

Right side of the chest,

Heart center.

Sensation of energy travelling down the right side of the waist,

The right hip,

Right thigh,

Right knee,

Ankle,

Heel,

Top of the foot,

Sole of the foot.

Feel energy in the right big toe,

Second toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Experience the sensation of pranic life force energy lighting up the entire right side of the body.

The whole right side of the body is alive with this pranic life force energy.

Now take your time to float your awareness of sensations of energy over to the left side of your body.

Feel sensations of energy in the left hand thumb,

Experience sensation of healing light inside the palm of the left hand,

Back of the hand,

Middle of the wrist,

Feel both sides together as a whole field of sensation.

Back of the neck,

Top of the hand,

Forehand,

Experience sensation of energy between the ears,

Right nostril,

Upper lip,

Tip of the tongue,

Experience the whole body,

The right side,

Sensations of pranic life force energy lighting up the whole body together.

Now,

Simply become aware of your belly and your chest.

Notice the rise and fall as your body is breathing itself.

There's nothing you need to do.

Now,

Bring awareness to your nostrils.

Feel the breath move in the nostrils.

Draw your awareness to your belly.

Now,

Bring awareness to your nostrils.

Feel the breath move in the nostrils.

Draw your awareness to your right nostril.

Feel a warm stream of air flowing into the right nostril,

Creating a warmth in the whole body.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your left nostril.

Feel a cool stream of air flowing into the left nostril,

Creating a sense of coolness in the whole body.

Now,

Bring your awareness to both nostrils simultaneously.

Feel the balance of two streams of breath coming in,

The right stream,

The left stream,

Warmth,

Coolness,

And the breath moving in the left nostril.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your left nostril.

The right stream,

The left stream,

Warmth,

Coolness.

Feel the balance of both the right and the left nostril and the balance of warmth and coolness throughout the entire body.

Now,

Begin to just feel the sensations of warmth throughout the body.

Begin to imagine your body is being held and supported by a warm soft sand underneath you.

Feel the warm rays of the sunlight touching your skin.

Feel your whole body warm and supported.

Now,

Feel a sense of coolness.

A cool ocean mist gently touches your skin.

The feeling of the cool ocean washes over you.

Now,

Feel warm and cool at the same time.

Feel the sensations of warmth and coolness together at once.

Just witness the sensation of warmth and coolness at the same time.

Now,

Let that go and just feel the echo of balanced energy radiating into each cell.

Letting the body feel completely balanced while resting.

Now,

In this deep state of relaxed awareness,

Imagine yourself standing outside on a warm still evening.

The night sky is vast and dark.

It's filled with millions of trickling stars.

In the center of the sky,

There is something shining right above you.

And this is the Harvest Fumu.

She's full,

Luminous,

And immense.

Its light is soft yet powerful.

And it's bringing a silvery glow over everything it touches.

Now,

Feel the moonlight gently caressing your skin,

As if you were wrapped into a soft,

Shimmering blanket.

Breathe in the moon's energy,

Feeling its calming and healing presence.

As you stand beneath this radiant moon,

Visualize its silvery light becoming a soft,

Glowing beam that flows down from the sky and surrounds your entire body.

This light begins to fill every part of you,

From your head to your toes,

Illuminating and cleansing your energy.

See this moonlight as a healing force,

Dissolving any heavy or stagnant energy within you.

Let it gently sweep away any emotional baggage,

Any worries,

Any doubts.

The light is absorbing it all.

It's leaving you feeling lighter,

Lighter,

More peaceful,

And free.

Gently,

Simply repeat,

Silently or aloud,

I release all that no longer serves me.

The moon's light cleanses and renews me.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your heart.

In your mind's eye,

See your heart as a glowing sphere of light.

And imagine the moon's silvery light gently entering your heart space.

Feel this light filling your heart with compassion,

Warmth,

And peace.

And as it does,

Notice any heavy emotions or old wounds being soothed and healed by this lunar energy.

Visualize any emotional pain or tension simply melting away.

It's carried off by the moon's light.

As you breathe,

You feel your heart becoming lighter and more open with each inhale you take.

You're feeling more peaceful and more serene,

Letting go deeper and deeper with each exhale.

Now,

Gently affirm to yourself,

I heal my heart with love and light.

I release the past and open myself to healing.

Now,

Gently bring your focus on your third eye,

The center of your intuition,

Located between your eyebrows.

Imagine the moon's light shifting and concentrating here,

Forming a soft,

Glowing light in this area.

This light opens and enhances your inner wisdom,

Inner vision,

Sharpening your intuition.

As the moon illuminates your third eye,

Feel yourself becoming more attuned to your inner wisdom and to the guidance of the universe.

See yourself connected to the vast unseen realms of the cosmos where dreams,

Intuition,

And spiritual insight reside.

Visualize your connection to the divine growing stronger and stronger.

Your inner guidance is becoming clearer and clearer.

Simply repeat to yourself,

Breathing in and breathing out and returning to the image of the harvestful moon above you,

Glowing even brighter and brighter.

It is representing the completion of a cycle,

A time of harvest and reflection.

As you stand beneath its light,

Take a moment to reflect of anything in your life,

Whether those are thoughts,

Habits,

Or emotions that are no longer serving you for your highest good.

Visualize this as clouds of energy,

Gently rising from your body and floating towards the moon.

The moon,

In its infinite wisdom and power,

Absorb those clouds of energy,

Transforming them into light.

With each release,

You feel yourself becoming lighter,

Clearer,

And more aligned with your true self.

Gently affirm to yourself,

I release the ode to make way for the new.

I trust in the flow of the universe.

Breathing,

Receiving,

Breathing,

And sinking in the infinite wisdom of the full moon.

Now gently begin to visualize the radiant light of the moon in Pisces,

Illuminating the night sky with its healing and intuitive energy.

This moon is inviting you to release the past,

Feel your sankalpa rise within,

Nurtured by the moon's compassionate and creative energy.

First deepen your breath.

As you deepen your breath,

You maybe bring your awareness back to being aware.

Notice the parts of you that is witnessing.

Notice how you feel emotionally,

How you feel physically,

How you feel emotionally.

Notice how you feel emotionally.

Notice and simply observe your energy.

Feel the energy moving through you.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath.

Now,

Feel your whole body being held and supported.

Feel all the parts of your body touching the surface below you.

Now,

Begin to feel your fingers and your toes.

Feeling all the cumulative benefits of the practice.

Letting your body reawaken slowly.

Finding gentle movements and stretches to reawaken to the space.

Maybe lift your arms above your head,

Maybe yawn or sigh it out.

And then once you are ready,

You can gently bring your hands into your heart space.

Take a moment to feel into your heart and thank yourself for taking the time to connect.

Not only with yourself,

But also to the energy of the full moon.

And may you take this experience with you as you step off your mat and continue your daily life.

Once you have enough,

You can gently bring the hands into your face.

Inhale that heat,

That energy.

And as you exhale,

You can gently blink the eyes open and come back to that space.
