Hello and welcome to your sacral chakra meditation, This is Bec. The sacral chakra is the home of our sensuality, Sexuality and creativity. It is located in the womb space just below the navel centre and is represented by the colour orange. Use this meditation when you want to connect to these energies and to your divine feminine essence. Take a comfortable seat with the spine long and even weight between your sit bones. Allow the shoulders, Neck and jaw to relax. Take a moment now to still your mind and body and begin to connect deeply with your breath. Start to notice your breath moving in and out through the nostrils. Feel the rise and fall of your chest and your belly with the breath. Bring your awareness now to your sacral chakra located just below the navel. Visualise an orange glowing light. Begin to connect deeply with the energy in this centre. Start to tune into your sensuality, Sexuality and creativity. Notice what thoughts and emotions begin to arise for you. Spend some time here for the next few breaths beginning to connect to the sacral chakra and these themes, These energies of this energy space. Set the intention now to re-energise and balance your feminine energy and the energy of the sacral chakra. Stay in this meditative state for as long as you need to. Stay present. Keep the breath flowing deep, Even and rhythmic breath. Keep your awareness there at the sacral chakra visualising this orange glowing light below the navel and you might even feel called to place one or both hands over this place. Let's take another five big beautiful breaths here. Deep inhale through the nose, Breathing all the way down into the womb, Into the sacral chakra. With a long smooth exhale out through the nose. Let's take one more deep breath here together. Starting to deepen the breath once more, You can begin to allow this connection to the sacral chakra to begin to slowly fade. Bringing your awareness now back into the space, Back into your body and only once you feel ready you can begin to blink open the eyes coming back into your space.
