Hello and welcome to your crown chakra meditation.
This is Bec.
Our crown chakra is the gateway for connecting to our higher self and the divine source energy.
It is located at the crown of the head and is often represented by a white or violet light.
This is the perfect energy center to connect to and channel through your higher self to discover what your purpose is and to support you to determine whether you are on course.
Take note of any wisdom or messages that come through from your higher self.
Begin by taking a comfortable seated position with your spine long,
Even weight between your sit bones and your shoulders,
Neck and jaw relaxed.
Take a moment to still your mind and body and connect deeply with your breath.
Observing the breath moving in and out through your nostrils.
Set the intention of re-energizing your crown chakra and maintaining an open channel with the divine and your higher self.
Bring your awareness to your crown chakra located at the crown of the head.
Connect with the energy of this chakra.
Now begin to visualize a white light beaming from the crown of your head up towards the sky.
Feel the energy moving from the crown of your head up to the sky while simultaneously receiving energy back from the sky down through the crown of your head.
Feel your connection to the energy of source and the collective consciousness.
Feel the energy from your higher self.
Feel the connection to your higher self.
Begin to visualize and really feel this white light energy moving all the way down your spinal column and then traveling back up through the spinal column towards the crown.
Feeling this energy moving up and down through the spine a few times.
Now call forward your higher self into the space.
Invite her in with open arms.
Begin a dialogue with her and see what wisdom she has to share with you today.
Allow this dialogue to unfold and take all of the time that you need.
Know that you will receive what it is that you need to hear today.
Notice what thoughts and emotions begin to arise for you.
Take note of whatever wisdom you have received.
You can stay in this meditative state for as long as you need.
When you are ready to come back into your space you can slowly start to deepen your breath.
Bringing some gentle movement back into your body and when you feel ready you can gently open your eyes.
