Hello and welcome to your cord cutting meditation,
This is Bec.
Just taking a moment now to settle into your practice,
Find a nice quiet space.
Take a comfortable seated position with the spine long,
Even weight between your sit bones and your shoulders,
Neck and jaw relaxed.
Take a moment to still your mind and body and connect deeply with your breath.
Just noticing your breath moving in and out through your nostrils.
Now begin to visualize and take yourself back to and fully immerse yourself within the hurt or the situation that you are energetically tied to.
There's no need to be afraid,
Lean all the way in,
Just for a moment allow yourself to experience and fully acknowledge what happened,
How you felt then and perhaps how you still feel now.
Take a moment just to sit,
Be in this energy and in those emotions,
You might feel them viscerally in your body,
You might have a change in your breath rate,
Just notice what arises for you here.
Knowing that when we fully feel it,
We can heal it and start to move these emotions through our body,
Through our system.
Begin to visualize the energy lines that are still connecting you to this person or this situation.
Now visualize yourself taking some scissors and cutting the cord or the energy line to disconnect your energy from them,
From the situation.
Repeat to yourself either aloud or internally.
I now release and fully let go of my energetic connection to,
I choose to move forward with ease and grace and lightness.
I now release and fully let go of my energetic connection to,
Whatever it is that you need to release and let go.
I choose to move forward now with ease,
Grace and lightness.
Repeating once more in your own time.
Starting to feel these energetic cords being dissolved,
Inviting in lightness into your body,
Into your energetic field.
Knowing that now that we've released and let go,
It's helping us to raise our energetic vibration and create space for the new.
If you would like to stay here a little longer in this space,
Please feel free to do so.
Once you're ready to come back into the space,
You can slowly start to deepen your breath.
Breathing into the entire length of your body.
Starting to bring some gentle movement back into your body.
When you feel ready,
You can slowly blink open your eyes and come back into the space.
If you feel called to now,
You might choose to do some journaling around what it is that you've now released and let go of.
