Hello and welcome to your heart chakra meditation.
This is Beck.
Just take a moment now to find a nice quiet space to bring yourself into a comfortable seated position.
Closing your eyes down,
Just getting yourself comfortable in your physical body.
Noticing the natural rhythm of your breath and feeling your breath moving in and out of your nostrils.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest,
Your belly with the breath.
Just softening any points of tension that you may discover in your physical body.
Just allowing this tension to soften and melt.
Begin to tune into your heart chakra located right in the center of your chest,
Represented by the color green.
Just visualize this now.
Visualize a green orb of energy of light at your heart space.
Tuning into the energy that's currently present in the heart with no judgment,
Just observation.
You might like to place one or both hands over the heart to really help you to connect to your heart space,
Your heart chakra.
Feeling the energy at the heart once more.
Start to visualize and have a sense of an open channel of energy moving in and out from the heart.
Allowing yourself now to receive as much love as you give.
Our heart chakra is where we can experience love and joy and compassion.
Love for other,
Love for self first and foremost.
Once more just allowing yourself to be open,
To be receptive,
To receiving love,
Receiving that input of energy from others as much as you give outwardly to others.
Feeling that love for yourself here too.
Start to go on a journey now with your heart.
Allow your heart to lead the way as you begin to visualize and connect to the feelings of joy and notice what arrives for you here.
Maybe it's a person,
An activity or a place.
Notice what naturally sparks a feeling of joy from within you.
Really feel a deep sense of love,
Joy,
Compassion and connection to yourself and all that is.
Shifting your awareness now from the feelings of joy to the feelings of love.
Notice what arrives for you here as you visualize and connect to the feeling,
The emotion,
The vibration of love.
Again maybe it's a person,
A place,
An activity.
Just notice what comes forth for you here.
Knowing that although sometimes external things can invoke this sense,
This feeling,
This emotion of love,
It always comes from within.
It's always held within you in each and every moment in the center of your heart.
It's available for you to connect to always.
Anytime that you feel a disconnect from love you can come back to this space of eternal love within your heart.
Stay here for a little longer now in your heart center connecting to the feelings of joy and love.
Really truly feeling these emotions at your heart space.
Allow your heart to open.
Let's take another five big breaths here together breathing into the heart space.
Every time that you breathe you're amplifying your connection to your heart.
You're amplifying the vibrations of joy and love.
Returning to your natural breath.

When you feel ready you can start to bring your awareness back into the space,
Back into your body.
Starting to deepen your breath a little bit here.
Bringing some gentle movement back into your body just a slow awakening.
When you feel ready you can gently blink open your eyes coming back into the space.
