Hello and welcome to your meditation for healing.

Find yourself a comfortable position either seated or laying down.

Whatever position is going to allow you to feel most comfortable and supported for this meditation for self-healing.

Gather any props that you might choose to use here like blankets,

Pillows,

Socks or an eye pillow,

Creating the most comfortable space possible.

Closing your eyes down and starting to connect with the natural rhythm of your breath.

Feel your breath as it glides in and out of the nostrils.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest and your belly with the breath.

See if you can start to breathe a little bit deeper here.

Drawing a deep breath in through the nose,

Feeling your entire torso swell with the inhale.

With a long smooth exhale,

Feel the torso gently contract.

Breathing in through the nose as if you're breathing into your entire body.

Exhaling to release and let go.

As you inhale,

You're breathing in this healing white light.

And as you exhale,

You're releasing and letting go of anything that's no longer serving you.

Inhaling to breathe in light and life and energy into your body.

Exhaling to let it all go with the breath.

Stay here for the next few moments with your breath,

Inviting in deeper healing,

Deeper relaxation with every breath.

Starting to tune into all layers and all parts of yourself,

Physical,

Emotional,

Mental,

Energetic,

Spiritual.

Noticing how you're feeling,

Noticing any parts of you that feels like it requires healing,

That it requires some extra love,

Attention and intention.

Perhaps you have a physical ailment,

Pain,

Stagnation,

Tightness in the body.

Perhaps you're carrying some heavy emotions right now.

Maybe you're healing from a broken heart.

Maybe you're healing some parts of yourself that you have not been able to fully accept or fully love.

Whatever it is,

Start to observe.

Start to call those parts of you forward right now.

We all have the ability to heal,

To heal ourselves through our thoughts,

Through our breath,

Our energy.

What environments we surround ourselves with,

How we nourish our body,

How we move our body.

We all have healing abilities that permeate through the palms of our hands.

You might feel called now to bring your hands to rest over particular parts of your body that require healing in this moment.

Tune into your intuition.

Listen to the whispers of your body.

Directing this healing energy from the hands into your body.

Directing your healing breath into your body,

Into your mind,

Into your heart,

Into any parts of you that require healing in this moment right now.

You might like to visualize this white healing light circling and swirling around any parts of you that require healing right now.

Activating the intuitive,

Intrinsic healing parts of you that are always within.

Taking this time now and setting the intention now for healing.

Stay present,

Stay with the breath,

Stay with those parts of you that are asking for healing right now.

Allow the body to relax,

Allow your healing to occur here.

Allow your mind to be free.

Allow the emotions that you might be feeling right now to flow.

Remaining here in this healing space for a little longer.

Full body breathing.

Full body presence.

Full body awareness.

Full body healing.

Healing the mind,

The body and the soul.

Soften any parts of you that might still be holding onto any tension in the body.

Let's take another five of those beautiful breaths here together.

If you have got your hands placed somewhere over your body,

Just gently allowing the hands to release now.

Noticing and absorbing any healing effects that have occurred through this self-healing meditation.

Feel your pure life force energy as it pulsates through the body.

Giving thanks to yourself.

Giving thanks to the universal energy for this beautiful self-healing.

Allow all of this healing to start to integrate into yourselves.

When you feel ready,

Start to slowly deepen your breath a little bit here.

Breathing into the entire length of your body.

Bringing some gentle,

Gentle movement back into the body.

If you have come to lay down,

Slowly bring yourself up into a comfortable seat.

And when you feel ready,

You can gently blink open your eyes.

Coming back into the space.

Back into your day.
