The third eye is a portal to connect with your intuition, your higher self, and the higher realms. It give you the opportunity to see things from a higher perspective. The third eye can often see things that your physical eyes are blind to. Use this meditation anytime you want to connect with your third eye centre to gain clarity, a higher perspective, or to strengthen your connection to your intuition. Music by NaturesEye

Hello and welcome to your third eye meditation,

This is Bec.

The third eye is the place that we can really access our intuition,

It allows us to see things from a higher perspective and it can allow us to see things that our two physical eyes are often blind to.

Take a comfortable seat with the spine long,

Even weight between your sit bones and the shoulders,

Neck and jaw relaxed.

Take a moment to still your mind and body and connect deeply with your breath.

Just notice your breath moving in and out through your nostrils.

Now bring your awareness to your third eye and become familiar with it.

Connect energetically to the third eye,

Feel the energy in this space.

Now begin to visualise an indigo coloured orb of light at your third eye,

Keeping your eyes closed,

Direct your gaze upwards towards your third eye.

Now take a look inside,

Notice what you feel,

Notice any images,

Symbols or colours that come to you when you gaze to your third eye.

Now begin to explore your gaze out even wider and allow the third eye to show you a bigger picture,

A higher or a different perspective.

Stay here for as long as you need to.

Stay present,

Keep the breath flowing and keep welcoming in any visualisations,

Any images,

Colours,

Shapes into the third eye portal.

Let's spend another five big beautiful breaths here.

One more breath.

When you feel ready,

You can begin to narrow your focus and bring your awareness and your gaze back to your third eye and then gently releasing your focus from the third eye,

Allow that to disperse.

Remain deeply connected to what you saw through your third eye.

You might like to write it down in your journal,

Anything that you were shown,

Any wisdom that was imparted to you during your third eye meditation.

When you feel ready,

You can come back into the space,

Back into your body and gently open your eyes.
