Hello friend.

Choose a comfortable resting position that allows you to fully relax and connect with your crown chakra at the top of your head.

Receive a deep inhale and exhale to clear away restless energy and tension.

Another breath as muscles relax,

Eyelids gently close if you choose.

One more deep breath as you turn inward.

Our crown chakra can be visualized as a bright violet-white light at the top of our heads.

It is the beacon of knowledge both entering and exiting,

Manifestation and liberation.

Here in this moment,

You are a mindful witness,

An observer practicing non-judgment.

You are a witness to the divine.

Returning to your breath again and again.

The knowledge of the divine lives within.

Trust your inner knowing and the unfolding of your path.

These 10 affirmations are a reminder to awaken you to the power within.

Recite them aloud or in your mind to reclaim your connection to your crown.

I am open to divine wisdom and knowledge.

I am a spiritual being in a human body.

I am aware of my infinite nature.

My mind,

Body,

And spirit are in harmony.

I am open to letting go of my attachments.

I release limiting beliefs that no longer serve me.

I am connected to a limitless source of creativity and abundance.

I trust in the timing of my life.

I am divinely and lovingly guided.

I am pure,

Radiant light.
