When you are seated comfortably close down your eyes,
Start to tune into your breath.
Feel the in and the out flow of your breath.
Let it connect you to your essence and the life force that is within you.
And as you breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Let all of the noises and distractions around you fall away.
Any thoughts,
Judgements,
Feelings on the to do list,
Let them fall out of focus.
As you allow the natural flow in and out of your breath,
Let everything within your body soften.
Sing deeper and deeper into the earth beneath you.
Let every cell of your being soften into that space that surrounds and holds you.
And as you continue breathing,
Find what sits here within you and all noise,
Thoughts and chaos has quietened.
And as you continue to breathe into this space,
You find that this is your centre,
This is the core of your being.
And as you continue to breathe deeply into this space,
Picture within your heart space a bright,
Bright light.
And the more you breathe and focus into it,
The brighter it gets.
As you look into this bright light within your heart centre,
You notice how much it illuminates the room,
The world and everything that surrounds you.
As you continue to breathe into this beautiful white light that you are,
Know that you are here in this moment because your higher self has brought you here.
Know that the divine timing of your life has allowed you this time to connect with yourself.
And as we continue to look at this white light within you,
Picture in your mind's eye everything that brings you love.
It could be a smile from a stranger,
Or a favourite song,
Perhaps it's a sunrise.
And I invite you to picture these things that bring you love and really visualise them.
And as you do so,
Notice how it makes you feel,
How it makes you feel within your heart space.
And as you tune into this feeling,
How does your body feel?
How does your body feel when you are tuned into this frequency of love?
Does it feel like a loving current?
Do you feel light?
There is no right or wrong for your feelings.
And as you continue to breathe into your heart space,
The energy centre of your body,
Notice how you relax and begin to flow this frequency of love.
Now I'm going to invite you to bring this same loving attention to your mind.
I invite you to take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Repeat this twice to make it very small.
And really notice how does your mind feel when you give it your attention?
Does it relax?
Does it quieten?
And as you notice these feelings I invite you to allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.
And as you continue to breathe with your heart and your mind connected,
I invite you to notice how your body is feeling in this space.
I invite you to sink deeper and deeper into the ground or seat beneath you.
And now bring your hand to your heart and hold it here.
Can you feel the beat of the beat?
Can you feel the natural rhythm?
The energy that resides within you?
And as you hold your hands to your heart and connect to your life force,
I invite you to breathe deeply into this space.
Know that this light,
This heart space,
This love can be accessed at any time,
Any place because it is always within you.
Take another two deep breaths in and out.
In and out.
And when you are ready bring your attention back into your body,
Back into the room and open up your eyes.
