Allow yourself to find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down.
Close down your eyes.
Bring your awareness to the in and the outflow of your breath.
Slowly breathing in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.
Allow your breathing to flow without judgement.
Any thoughts,
Feelings,
Distractions that may arise.
Don't judge,
Let them simply fall away.
As you continue to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
I invite you to bring your attention to your body.
Notice how it feels to surrender.
To bring your loving awareness and vital breath.
Any pain,
Discomforts or shame or judgement that may arise.
Simply let them be in this moment.
I invite you now to notice where you might be holding tension within your body.
And take a moment to breathe into this space within the body.
Notice how it feels to bring loving awareness.
Distractions or thoughts that arise,
Let them fall away.
Bring your attention back to the in and the outflow of your breath.
Simply notice your body sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.
With the loving vital air that you breathe into it.
And as you continue to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
I invite you to imagine you are in your favourite place.
That could be somewhere you've visited before.
Somewhere you've not yet seen.
Take a moment now to picture this place of value to you.
Notice the colours,
The feelings.
Simply picture this place in your minds eye.
And allow yourself to be present in this place.
How do you feel in this place?
Really breathe into this feeling.
Do you feel empowered?
Does it have fond memories?
Does it make you feel uplifted?
Perhaps the feeling is simpler.
And as you continue to breathe into this feeling.
Really look around you within this place.
Are you surrounded by things or are you alone there?
What colours are before you?
Do smells fill the air?
Are there lots of sounds?
Or a calm serenity and solitude?
Really take this moment now to absorb all of the senses of this place.
Is there something that is of particular value or beauty before you?
Invite you to take a deep breath in and out.
And allow the power and the feeling of this place.
To be absorbed and felt fully by you.
I invite you now to think of a mantra,
Something that you can take away from this place.
Could that be I am strong?
I am courageous?
I am beautiful?
I am divine?
I am nature?
I am enough?
Could it be I accept myself?
I am love?
Allow whatever mantra or affirmation that comes to mind be felt.
And I invite you now to speak this mantra or mantras aloud.
I invite you to do this as many times as you feel called to do so.
As you speak these mantras in this place.
Allow your arms and hands to be turned outwards.
And exclaim this for these mantras knowing that you are held and supported and safe.
And as you continue to speak these mantras aloud,
Really notice how you feel.
Really notice how it uplifts you.
It helps you to expand.
Notice how it feels as you allow yourself to feel.
For your heart to lead you.
And I invite you now in this powerful and sacred place to bring your hand to your heart.
And notice how that feels.
Notice how your heart calls for you to listen.
And how it wishes to lead you.
And as you continue to feel into this heart space.
Allow these feelings to engulf your entire being.
Know that all of these feelings can be accessed at any time when you allow it.
And as you have one last look around,
Soak in the feelings all around you.
And as you look down to your heart,
You notice that it is also within you.
And as you continue to breathe,
And you leave this place behind,
Really notice how you feel now.
And as you start to bring your attention back to your physical body,
Back into the room you were sat or lay in.
I invite you to move.
And when you are ready,
Open up your eyes and return back into the present moment.
And you can access this at any given time by returning to the breath and to the heart.
