Transcript

Begin by sitting or laying comfortably.

Close your eyes,

Become aware of your breath.

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

As you breathe in and out,

Become aware of your body.

Relax your shoulders,

Your jaw and anywhere you hold tension within the body.

Feel the in and out flow of your breath.

Allow your breathing to feel natural with flow and ease.

Breathe in and as you breathe out,

Invite your body to sink into the earth beneath you.

Notice how the earth holds and supports you.

Sense how you feel as you surrender.

Allow your breathing to flow without judgement.

Any thoughts that arise,

Simply let them be.

Surrender to being held.

Feel your body connect to the earth.

With each breath you move further and further into relaxation.

Feel your roots penetrate deeper and deeper into the earth.

Now bring your attention to the soles of the feet.

Picture roots growing from your feet into the ground beneath you,

Connecting you,

Rooting down through the many layers of the earth,

Anchoring deep into the core of mother earth.

You are connected.

Now imagine this warm,

Earthly energy travelling back up through the roots,

Up through your entire body,

Through your feet,

Your legs,

Your back body,

Your heart space and your head.

Breathe here and feel the connected energy flow through you.

Picture above you now the night sky,

Illuminated by a bright full moon and a star filled sky.

Breathe it all in.

You feel full of love,

Full of magic,

Full of life.

Feel the light of the mystical moon shine down on you.

Imagine it gliding down gently towards you.

The light travels down from the moon as a streaming ball of light down through your entire body.

Feel as it cascades through each and every cell of your body.

It's beautiful light enveloping your entire being,

Illuminating your being.

As you breathe out,

Feel the light pour out of you.

Feel all that no longer serves you be released,

Released back to the universe,

Sending so much light.

You illuminate the world around you.

You are powerful.

You are sacred.

You are magical.

You are a creator.

With the magic of the moon glowing all around you,

Ask,

What do you want to create?

Where can you send this light?

With this magic glowing within you,

Gently set your intention.

Breathe so much light into it,

Knowing that you are deeply supported and divinely guided.

You have so much light.

It is always within and around you and can be accessed anytime.

Continue to breathe into this space.

Breathe into your intention.

Know that you are supported and so divinely guided.

And when you feel ready,

Gently bring your awareness back into your body,

Back into the room.

And when you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and take with you the knowing that you can access this light at any time,

Anywhere,

For that light is yours.
