Take a moment to settle in for a morning meditation for clarity and energy.

Sit comfortably,

Feet grounded on the floor or cross-legged.

Let your spine be straight,

Your shoulders relaxed,

And close your eyes if you feel comfortable.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out through your mouth.

Let's do that two more times.

Inhale,

Filling your lungs with the fresh,

Cool air,

And sigh with an exhale,

Releasing any tension that you still might be holding on to.

Let's do that again,

Taking a final big,

Deep breath in through your nose and releasing it with a sigh through your mouth and releasing any leftover tension.

Now let your breath settle into its normal rhythm,

Gently in and gently out.

Gently in and gently out.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice the sensation of each inhale,

The feeling of air as it enters through your nostrils,

Fills your lungs,

And expands your chest.

Notice with each exhale as it flows out,

Carrying with it any lingering fatigue or heaviness that you might have today.

Each breath you take anchors you in the moment,

The right here and the right now.

Let your mind soften,

Knowing that all you need to focus on is the gentle flow of your breathing.

Now take a moment to set an intention for your day.

Think of a word,

A phrase,

Or a quality that you'd like to carry with you into this day.

It could be clarity,

Energy,

Focus,

Peace,

Or whatever feels right for you now.

Hold this intention lightly in your mind,

Breathing it in with every inhale and letting it settle into the body on every exhale.

Imagine a bright,

Warm light at the center of your chest.

This light represents your energy,

Your clarity,

And your focus.

With each breath,

See how your light grows just a little bit brighter,

Expanding through your chest,

Into your shoulders,

Down your arms,

And radiating outward.

This light is clearing any fog or tension in your mind.

Imagine it traveling up to your head,

Brightening your thoughts and making you feel clear and alert for the day.

Now bring your attention to your body,

Starting at the top of your head.

Feel a gentle sense of warmth and energy moving down from your head,

Through your neck,

Through your shoulders,

Down through your arms,

And into your chest.

Let this energy move now into your stomach,

Through your hips,

Legs,

And finally to your feet,

Grounding you.

Feel the energy filling you,

Waking up every part of you,

And connecting you and grounding you to the earth below.

Let's take one last deep breath in,

Holding on to this feeling of clarity and energy,

And as you exhale,

Gently open your eyes,

Bringing this sense of calm,

Focus,

And intention with you into your day.

When you're ready,

Take a moment to stretch and bring yourself back,

Feeling refreshed and prepared for whatever lies ahead in today.

This morning meditation can be repeated daily for you to create a powerful,

Energizing routine for yourself.

I hope that it brings you a sense of focus and light to your mornings.

Have a wonderful day.
