I work with breath, voice and music to support functional breathing, embodied regulation and resilient presence in daily life. My focus is on training healthy breathing patterns beyond the session, so the body learns to move out of fight‑or‑flight and shallow breathing while speaking, moving and engaging in everyday activities. As a certified Breath, Voice & Music Method facilitator, I guide adults in developing sustainable muscle memory for breathing that supports nervous system balance, emotional awareness and mental resilience. My work is grounded in my own certified method, integrating the A.P.M System, B.R.E.A.T.H Easy and the 6‑Minute Breath Better approach. This approach has been applied in healthcare, professional and performance‑based contexts, including hospitals, fitness and sports environments, interpreters, speakers and educational settings. Sessions are offered virtually and focus on practical integration and embodied awareness.
