Cuddling comfortably in your bed,
Allowing those thoughts to go by like a movie scream.
Do not fight them or control them or try to make them stop.
Just let them be.
Let them go by as you focus on your breath and your breathing.
Breathing in,
Holding,
And breathing out.
Feel your feet loosening and relaxing,
Your calves and knees loosening and relaxing,
Your upper legs loosening and relaxing,
Your hips loosening and relaxing,
And you feel your spinal column opening up,
Stretching and releasing any tension in your whole back.
As if this wave of light moves through your whole body,
Through your whole back,
Relaxing and releasing any tension,
Any stress,
Just let it go.
Loosening the shoulders,
The arms,
The hands,
And fingers as your body sinks deeply into the bed.
As you continue to let go and rest,
Relaxing the neck,
The throat,
The head,
And the face,
Just feel your whole body,
Your whole being resting in this now moment,
Allowing this to be the best sleep you have ever had,
And allowing this beautiful,
Beautiful healing energy to come in like a wave,
Like a gentle wave covering and soothing your whole body like a blanket,
Like a soft,
Soothing pink blanket,
And really rest.
There's nothing you have to do or say,
There's nothing to resolve,
There's nothing to fix.
There's only you cuddled in this beautiful,
Relaxing,
Healing energy of light,
Becoming lighter and softer and gentler with yourself as you fall and drift into a good night's rest,
