Find a place where you can sit comfortably and where you can really relax and let go.

Holding,
And breathing out deeply.
And as you do so,
You begin to feel looser,
More relaxed.
There's nothing you have to do or say right now,
But receive this beautiful healing energy.
And you're going to begin to imagine a beautiful red heart in your mind.
And you allow your mind to just really focus on this red heart.
And this red heart begins to radiate light.
If you see it beautiful,
If not,
It's okay too.
Just know there's this beautiful heart in the center of your mind,
In your third eye,
Vibrating in love and light.
It becomes brighter and brighter and more alive.
And you begin to feel the radiance of this heart,
Permeating your own heart,
Coming into your own heart,
And bringing in warmth into your heart.
Uniting your feminine and masculine sides inside of you.
Uniting all parts of you in the now,
In this love,
In this presence of love,
Joy,
And peace.
And as you continue to do so,
You'll begin to feel a shower of red rose petals showering all around you.
Just continue to receive this love in many ways,
In all ways.
And now these red rose petals turn into white rose petals.
And you feel this white rose petal showering you from head all the way down to your feet,
All around your energy fields,
All around your aura,
And they extend throughout the whole space of the universe,
Bringing in love,
Light,
Peace,
And expansion to your soul.
Feel the love,
