Healing Waters Poem
by Barbara Deyo
Excerpt from Healing Waters... "The rush of water healed the open wounds. The cascading river softened the pain. The bubbling and frothing soothing the sorrow. Easing the ache. Rinsing away the tears and coating the hurts like a salve. Take it away with you, the flowing stream of regrets, off into the night like a cloud of forgotten dreams. Through the earth and rock, the dirt and the dust, the sky and the stars and the ethers and the wind. Vaporizing time. Taking it back to a place before it was..." I hope my words can bring a small comfort if you too are in a time of loss, grief, pain or sadness. May you find yourself soon back in the flow of life...
