Today we're going to talk about gratitude.
It can be difficult to feel grateful at times,
Especially if you are feeling overwhelmed.
It's easy to get caught up in all the things that life throws at you.
Being an adult is a lot of responsibility.
The bills,
The kids,
The pets,
The house,
Cleaning,
Caring,
Juggling and jostling.
It's a lot.
The fact that you are here listening to this is an indicator that you are ready to make a change,
That you are ready to step into a different version of yourself.
A big step towards that is being grateful.
Immersing yourself in the frequency of gratitude is powerful.
I like to think of and vibration as a place.
For example,
If you are living in a constant state of fear and lack,
Similar things will be drawn to you because that is where you are living,
So to speak.
The more that you can live in a state of gratitude,
Authenticity,
Peace and harmony,
More of those things will be drawn to you.
It's the Law of Attraction.
If you're not familiar,
The Law of Attraction is a philosophy suggesting that positive thoughts and actions lead to positive outcomes,
While negative thoughts and actions lead to negative outcomes.
It's based on the idea that your thoughts and emotions create your reality by attracting similar energies and experiences.
We live in an electromagnetic field after all.
Become conscious of your thoughts,
Emotions,
Feelings and actions.
It matters.
So today I want to remind you of all the things you can be grateful for,
That maybe are taken for granted.
The simple everyday conveniences that make our lives more comfortable.
So let's do a gratitude list together,
Shall we?
Let's begin with the elements.
The air,
The earth,
The water,
The sun,
The moon,
The stars,
Clouds,
Rain,
Flowers,
Grass,
Trees and leaves,
And rivers and streams,
The oceans and their tides,
The river rocks on the beach,
Hiking trails and nature walks,
The birds singing,
The wind blowing,
Sunsets and sunrises,
Light to see and night to rest,
The wonder of the universe,
The cosmos,
The galaxy and beyond.
Our bodies carry us through this life.
You have your breath,
Your heartbeat,
Your digestive system,
Your respiratory system,
Your cardiovascular system,
Your nervous system,
Your lymphatic system,
All the ways your organs work without you having to consciously do anything about it.
Putting one foot in front of the other,
Eyes to see,
Ears to hear,
A mind to think,
A heart to feel,
A soul to guide.
We have so many modern-day conveniences like running water,
Indoor plumbing,
Climate control,
Planes,
Trains and automobiles,
Building structures to live in,
Internet,
Cell towers,
Television,
Microwaves,
Washing machines and dryers,
Plates and dishes and cups and utensils,
And instruments to write with.
We have computers,
Cell phones,
TVs,
Radios,
A bed to sleep in,
A pillow to rest your head on,
Covers to keep you warm,
Shoes on your feet,
And clothes on your back.
There is always something to be grateful for,
But I hope that you know that you are already perfect,
Whole and complete.
Love yourself and be grateful for all the things you do have.
Place your attention on that and just see how your life can transform.
Practice gratitude daily.
When you open your eyes in the morning,
Be grateful for waking up.
List a few things that you are grateful for right off the bat.
Start your day in a state of appreciation and carry that appreciation throughout your day.
Remind yourself to take a deep breath and that you have that breath to take.
Take a look up at the sky and ponder for a moment the vastness of the universe.
Be grateful that the sun rose today.
Every night before you go to bed,
Recall a few peaceful things that happened that day,
Even if it was just breathing.
I wanted to keep this short and sweet and I hope that this recording was helpful.
I hope it can help you to know that you are not alone,
That there are other beautiful souls out there looking for peace and solace,
Just like you,
Sending peace and love and ease and grace and endless amounts of gratitude.
Namaste my friends.
Namaste.
