Present moment meditation.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting curled up in a chair or cross-legged on the floor.

You can even lie down and just relax.

Once you're situated,

Just close your eyes,

Place your hands on your heart,

And just begin to notice your breath.

Notice the cool feeling through your nose as you inhale.

What does it feel like when it travels down your throat?

And feel the gentle breeze on the exhale.

Notice your belly rise and fall.

Just take a moment to tune in to the beat of your heart and notice the surface beneath you.

The chair,

The floor,

The bed,

Whatever it is.

Notice how your body feels against the surface.

Notice how your skin feels on your clothing or on your skin,

Wherever your hands are.

Just take a moment to check in to how you're feeling.

Can you feel the vibration in your body?

Do you feel anxious?

Do you feel relaxed?

Worried?

Are you calm?

Whatever it is,

Just notice it.

Just become aware of where you are and how you feel right here,

Right now.

Just breathe.

Begin to build your breath,

Inhaling slowly and deeply and fully and completely.

And as you exhale,

Just let it go.

Allow your shoulders to drop.

Allow your body to soften.

Breathe in again,

Filling up the lungs from the bottom to the top.

And as you exhale,

Release,

Feeling the lungs deflate,

Feeling the ribs get back together.

Relax your brow.

Relax the muscles around the eyes.

Relax your jaw.

Soften your back and allow yourself to be here,

Right here,

Right now.

Focus on your breath and focus on your heart.

Imagine your heart opening up like a thousand petal lotus opening up and allow yourself to go deep within to your inner being.

Just breathe.

Just be.

See if you can breathe a little bit slower,

A little bit fuller.

Breathing in with intention and exhaling with purpose.

The purpose of releasing any thoughts,

Any fears,

Any regrets.

Just let it go.

All there is,

Is right here,

Right now.

Keep breathing.

Keep surrendering.

Keep allowing yourself to be in the flow,

In the field of divine,

Universal love.

Where are you?

Where's your tension?

Where's your focus?

Focus on your breath.

Keep breathing.

Keep softening.

Keep surrendering.

Keep allowing.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Be right here,

Right now.

Breathe in peace and love and ease and grace.

Exhale fear,

Regret and sorrow.

Let it go.

Be right here,

Right now.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Keep focusing on your breath.

The breath in this present moment.

Press your hands a little deeper into your heart.

Notice that life force energy running through you.

Check back in with your body.

Is your jaw relaxed?

Are your shoulders dropped?

Are your eyes relaxed?

Are your ears relaxed?

Keep surrendering.

Surrender to the right here,

Right now moment where you are okay.

It is okay to be in this moment.

There's no worries right here,

Right now.

It's only love.

Breathe in that love.

It's okay to soften.

It's okay to surrender.

Give yourself permission to just be.

Give yourself permission to allow in divine source energy.

Give yourself permission to allow your beautiful conscious heart to show you the way.

Give yourself permission to dream big and pursue those dreams.

Give yourself permission to trust in the universe.

Knowing all your needs are met and everything is possible.

Just breathe.

Where's your attention?

Is your body relaxed?

See if you can soften a little bit deeper.

Allow yourself to drop into your heart.

Keep the mind at ease.

Right here,

Right now.

You are safe.

Stay in this moment.

Stay with your breath.

Quiet the mind.

Open your heart.

Where are you?

Are you right here,

Right now?

Allow yourself to just be.

Focus on your breath.

Focus on your heart.

Breathe.

When you're ready,

Come back into your body.

Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.

Allow yourself to wiggle and loosen.

Feeling that beautiful flow of energy pulsating through your body,

Through your cells.

Tuning into your vibrational field by bringing your awareness and your attention to your breath.

To this moment,

It amplifies your energy.

It amplifies and uplifts your frequency just by breathing,

Just by being here right now.

Because in the last 15,

16,

17 minutes you've released resistance and allowed yourself to be.

And that is where the magic happens.

That is where the miracles manifest.

That is where your life,

On your highest timeline,

On your life's purpose unfolds.

So just allow yourself to be in the present moment,

Times.

Because that is all there is.

Just the right amount of suggestion to keep me firmly rooted in the stillness of presence. The voice was such a soft whisper, however, some of the instruction was difficult to hear.
