In this morning mindset meditation,
We will call in your A-Team,
Your Angels,
Ascended Masters,
And Archangels,
And get you into the Quantum Field,
The place where all things are possible.
The place where you can access your highest timeline.
A place where miracles are possible and magic can happen.
Fill yourself with wonder and curiosity,
With love and light and infinite potential.
Set the intention right here,
Right now,
To awaken to your true self,
To allow yourself to access your spiritual body,
To tap into the unseen that is a part of who you really are.
Set aside the physical part of yourself just for a few minutes and embark on a spiritual journey.
It is possible if you believe it.
It is possible if you embrace it.
It is possible if you allow yourself to become it.
It is possible if you allow yourself to become it.
Surrender.
Soften.
Release.
Immerse yourself in universal source energy and divine intelligence.
You have the power.
You have the ability.
You are in control of your reality.
Choose the path of least resistance.
Illuminate the path with the light inside and all around you.
Take a moment to center yourself.
Allow your body to become still.
Allow your mind to quiet.
Close your eyes and place your attention on your heart.
Send your breath to your heart.
Allow it to open.
Imagine a light deep within your center beginning to glow.
As you send your breath to that spark,
Your breath stokes the flame.
With each inhale,
It becomes brighter and more powerful.
With each exhale,
Allow yourself to release anything that no longer serves you.
Breathe in peace and love and ease and grace.
Exhale worry and doubt and shame and regret.
Be right here,
Right now,
In this moment.
Imagine yourself in a place where you are at ease.
Where you know you are safe and supported.
A place where you know healing can happen.
Walking on the beach at sunrise.
Walking in the woods at sunset.
Dancing under a moonlit sky.
Embraced in starlight.
Stay in that safe place.
Hear the sounds of the birds.
Feel the wind on your face.
Earth beneath your feet.
When you inhale,
Pull up your breath.
All the way up through your body.
Allowing your lungs to fully inflate.
And as you exhale,
Release it out the crown of the head into the ethers.
As above and so below,
You are grounded and uplifted.
Connected to Mother Earth and to the angelic realm.
I allow my body to soften and surrender.
I am in this present moment,
Right here,
Right now.
Allow your shoulders to drop.
Allow your body to soften.
Relax your face and jaw.
Your torso.
Your arms and legs.
Fingers and toes.
I call in my A-team.
My guardian angels.
Ascended masters.
Archangels.
And highest guides.
I release yesterday.
Last week.
Last month.
Last year.
I am right here,
Right now.
I give my permission to my A-team to assist me today in allowing my greatest potential to unfold for the greatest good and harm to none.
I tune in to universal source energy and divine intelligence.
I allow myself to be immersed in this unconditional love.
Continue to soften and surrender.
Continue to release what no longer serves you.
I call in the white diamond crystalline light of the divine rinsing away any blockages.
I surrender and allow the power within me to emerge.
I call in Solaris,
The golden ray of the solar sun to envelop me in a cocoon of healing and protection.
I allow it to absorb into my organs and glands my lymphatic system digestive system respiratory system reproductive system nervous system my chakras and meridian lines bringing my entire physical and energetic bodies into harmony.
I allow this beautiful light to envelop me.
I call in the rainbow light to rain down on me like glitter absorbing into every single cell and the spaces in between.
I weave these ribbons of light together creating an energetic cord extending all the way down to Mother Earth through the rocks and the dirt and the crystalline layer creating an anchor of light.
I feel the connection I pull this cord of light back up through my body through my hairline all the way up into the angelic realm attaching to the crystalline grid of the divine.
I let go fully and completely surrendering to the divine plan the one filled with miracles and magic and wonder.
I am completely immersed in the quantum field in this space I allow my third eye to open I allow my inner ear to hear my inner mind to know I allow my greatest potential to manifest in my life today and so it is.
