Transcript

Feeling the length of the in-breath from the beginning through the middle until the end.

And is it possible to be fully aware of the sensations throughout the length of the in-breath from the beginning through the middle to the end?

And also be aware of the out-breath,

The whole length of the out-breath from the beginning through the middle to the end.

Being with and feeling the whole length of the in-breath and the whole length of the out-breath.

Simply being with the breath in the body as much as is possible.

Resting in the here and now.

The only moment we ever really have.

The only moment in which we can truly be or breathe.

We only have the here and the now.

Whatever it brings.

The here and the now.

The here and the now.

Continuing to be aware of the breath in the body.

Bringing in awareness of sight and touch.

Looking around,

Stretching the body,

Transitioning out of this formal period of practice.

Bringing the practice with us to whatever comes next.

Being with reality,

Moment by moment.
