To begin,
Take a seat or lay down,
Move around and get comfortable,
Then close your eyes.
To start,
Take some deep breaths,
Breathing all the way in,
Filling the chest,
Holding the breath.
Become the observer of your thoughts,
Letting them pass by like clouds.
If you find yourself focusing on one,
Don't get upset,
Just release it.
Today we are creating space for ourselves,
To bring love for ourselves back into our awareness.
Repeat these words in your mind.
Place your hands on your heart space if you like as well.
