This guided meditation will support you in reconnecting to your natural gifts.

Fanning and I will be leading you in today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down.
Go around and get comfortable.
Then close your eyes.
To calm our bodies and minds,
Take some deep breaths in through your nose,
Filling your whole chest with air.
Hold for 3 seconds at the time and then exhale out of your mouth.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Take a moment to set the intention that you will reconnect with your natural gifts.
These gifts could be anything,
Hold no expectation as to what they might be.
In your mind's eye,
Look at your heart space.
You will see or feel 10 more little strings coming out from your heart space.
Choose one and follow where it takes you.
Each of these little strings is connected to a natural gift that you possess.
You will see or feel 10 more little strings coming out from your heart space.
Choose one and follow where it takes you.

When you have reached the end of the tender little string,
You will see your natural gift.
Pick it up,
If you don't know what it is,
Simply ask it to tell you.
When you are ready,
Put this natural gift inside your heart space and send up gratitude for being reconnected to it.
You will see or feel 10 more little strings coming out from your heart space.
Choose one and follow where it takes you.

Doing the same thing.
Do this for each string you see coming from your heart space until all the natural gifts you have been given have been reclaimed.
